            In October 2020, we ordered 13 PGT impact windows to replace non impact windows for our home. Installation took place on January 28 2021. At time of installation, 5 windows were damaged. Forcefield rectified two windows leaving us with 3 still damaged windows. We waited to hear from Forcefield but heard nothing. In March of 2021 contacted Forcefield and they told me PGT would be at my home on March 24th, then later telling me PGT moved date back to March 26th. Still a no show, I contacted Forcefield and was told they would contact PGT again. When I complained about continuing delay, the response I got from Forcefield was they were a A+ better business for a reason and they can't control suppliers and Forcefield did what they were supposed to do, delivered on their end,and Forcefield was there and had the same phone number for 17 years. They may have delivered on their end, but damaged goods is not what I contracted to buy. They received their money on time per contract, but here it is January 2022 and I still wait for windows. PGT has been out to our house 5 times, each time bringing damaged or wrong windows. Forcefields response is we are standing tall on our end and that I was contacting the company who sold me the windows. Well, who am I supposed to be contacting. Forcefield takes no responsibility, but I have sent the photos of foggy windows with manufacturing suction cup marks on inside of glass, plus badly scratched glass. Now, we have found two more addition windows with these suction marks.Forcefield claims to have a lifetime warranty.

            My husband and I cannot say enough good things about Forcefield Hurricane and their team. We needed all new windows and exterior doors installed after Hurricane **** From the start of this project we have been met with nothing but professionalism. The installation team always showed up on time and immediately went to work. They were courteous and always left the job site as clean as when they arrived. We had daily in person interactions with *****, and he was always personable and professional. The office staff was very thorough and kind during our interactions. From top to bottom this has been a wonderful experience.
