            I received my three month in advance bill Via E mail and always have paid it on time. I had listed my house to sell and had an offer but not a settlement date and did not want to pay if I could not get my prepay fund back if it settled before the 3 month prepay. I contacted Security Alarm customer service and asked if I could get my funds back and was told that i could but WAS NEVER TOLD I NEEDED A 30 DAY NOTICE TO SHUT IT OFF. I did prepay the bill after being told I could get my funds back. I tried to contact somebody to shut it off and after two calls to their operator got no response. Finally on the third call to their operator someone did call me back who told me I needed a thirty day notice to shut it down. Had the person who I had spoken to before prepaying told me that I needed to give a 30 day notice I would have never prepaid. I want my funds back because of never being told about the 30 day notice when I questioned before pre paying.

            Very_Frustrated Our cameras, all 8 of them, were purchased from security alarm corp in port Charlotte and we have another problem. We replaced the WBOX system in May of 2022 because the older system was no longer supported and here we are again with a new WBOX and our cameras have stopped working again. Called for support Several weeks ago but no one has called us back. Horrible customer service.
