  I wrote a check in Feb of ************************************************* oct of 2023. 10 months for the roof. **** the roof was completed, I wasn't happy with what they had done with the front of my house and was told someone would stop by and show me samples of what they proposed to fix the problem. No one ever showed up so I an still not happy with the front on my house. Contract was for a carport also and that hasn't even been started. I have a bunch of steel in my yard that's supposed to be for the carport. The owner of the company has told me by email about 10 times that the carport would be done "next week" but nothing has been done. When they were putting the roof on, it started raining and I got water stains in my front room. The owner of the company said he would take care of it.I sent him a quote from a painter for $300.00 and he said he would take care of it so I paid the painter out of my pocket the $300.00 and asked him to send me a check for that amount. I have called him and left many messages and he messages me right back they he will call me back right away. I haven't ever received a call from him. Have also sent many emails to him also and get the same BS in emails (When he does answer them)

  Excellent service. I worked with *********************** and he was great from start to finish. Friendly and kind and cared about me as a customer. (You dont find that often in business today) Felt like youre dealing with a family business. They are willing to work with you, great with communication and incredibly quick. I love my roof and ***** even helped pick out the perfect color that compliments the house. I highly recommend Ready Roofing for their prices, their customer service and their quality of work.

Owner ******************* made sure that I would have a new roof, and *********************** was extremely thorough and did everything in his power to make it happen.   They did a great job and was able to get the roof fixed properly. Roof had many problems from previous owner. Had to replace 14 wooden panels before the new roof was installed.

  Personally i have great experience with ready roofing my sales rep ***** and owner *** was so great to entirely process, And personal the cleanup was great, i own couple dogs they did make sure was no nails left behind that said, how much they care about the profession.

  ***, ********** did a great job! Fast, responsive, efficient and high quality work ... all at a great value, compared to 2 other providers we spoke with. Job was scheduled within a week of our initial inquiry and done in just 2 days with some minor cleanup on day 3. Passed the Duval County inspection on first try the day of completion. The crew was pleasant, careful, conscientious and treated our property and home like it was their own. Plus a 40 year warranty on this new roof for our 3 level, **** square foot home.
