This move was only 3 bedrooms, no kitchen, no family room, no boxes and took over 6 hours. Our tempurpedic mattress was in great condition prior to move and as soon as it was brought into the new bedroom had large visible lumps, the stitching had been popped in these spots as well. I immediately brought it to the movers attention and was told to sleep on it a few nights and it would flatten out. It did not. Spoke with Tim numerous times and was given no help. Never received documents promised for a claim and he was adamant that they did nothing wrong. You have no protection with this company. I have since had to purchase a new mattress. I would never recommend this company.

What an awful moving company! I have a 1 bedroom 2 bathroom condo that fit into a 10x15 storage unit that took the movers 9 1/2 hours to move me! The move was scheduled for 9 a.m. the movers did not arrive until almost 11a.m., I called and talked to Kim and she informed me that the truck was wet due to the rain. Once the movers arrived they started loading the truck about 30 minutes into the move Brian went missing only later to find out that he had been spending his time sitting on my boxes on his phone. The other mover started complaining that Brian has been on his phone to his girl friend "arguing" so around 1:30 he come back into my condo with an awful attitude and says he's hangry and going downstairs to eat his order of Chinese food 40 minutes later they come back up and try to beat the rain storm. They are trying to get my $3000.00 treadmill out from a room and scraped it and broke the cord to my treadmill. Next thing I know I have one of my neighbors telling me that your moving truck just left! They left with half my belonging in the elevator (my end tables and lamps), in their moving truck, and in the hallway of my building (treadmill, dinning room glass table, which they broke the glass....my bed frame) along with their tools still in my condo a dolly, and about 25 of their blue covers. I called Kim immediately and said the owner will call me. Tim called about 10 minutes later I spoke to him and told him what happened and the attitude from Brian and Tim said he has never had that happen before so I reassured him that it did he said the truck was at his place. He did send someone over to put my belonging back inside my Condo and we rescheduled the move for the next day. I was greeted by the new movers they approached me and said in order to move today I had to give them my CC# I had no choice needless to say not happy at all the movers started around 9:30 and by 10a.m. Joey need to use the restroom I directed him to the office he went missing for 40 minutes and when he returned Ray had to utilize the facilities and he went missing for 40 minutes. they return the move was finished and finally getting to the storage unit to store my items. It took the less than 2hours to unload the truck. I was charged for 9 1/2 hours which equaled $1,301.50. I called Tim and told him he needs to redo this bill I am not paying for his workers mistakes! He said he would call me back the next day. Nothing from Tim I called again and he says what do you want; we moved you. I told him it was a 1 bd 2ba condo and my storage unit is a 10x15 this move should have only taken 4hrs at the most! I told him there are cameras at the condo for reviewing what took place and the custodians from the building saw them sitting on my boxes and talking on their phones on my time he was surprised that it was caught on tape yet refused to come and look a the videos. I said to Tim I am willing to pay for the 4 hours, yet I want to be reimbursed for my $800. glass table and my $3000.00 treadmill needless to say I have not heard back from him and will not take my calls. DO NOT USE PONTE VEDRA MOVERS! They are awful

If you care about your stuff run from this company. 80% of my items were either missing or broken. In 3 month period someone came back 2 times did some repairs 8 months later my house is still upside down. The one star given is way too much. Very ??
