if you choose to use Petri pest do so at your own risk. I reached out to ****** to explain the damage done to my screens, not once did he accept that his workers they outsourced did a poor job (outsourced company World Pest). He refused to own up to a poor job even though I explained to him the tent was put up with poor lighting and at 8 pm at night. With NO supervisor present . ****** himself had not walked the property to advise me PRIOR TO THE TENTING if the screens were insufficiently pulled back, but is quick to say it was not have been pulled back sufficiently. My house was scheduled to be tented between 3 and 6 pm no one showed up till 8 pm. no one called to explain the delay. The workers were tired they looked tired, they ripped 4 screens that were already opened sufficiently their goal was to get the tent up even if it damaged my property and lack of supervision. My house has been tented several times prior and I am aware how wide the screens needed to be opened. Goodies does the bare minimum of all the inspectors I have ever had prior. he never inspected the house by his trained eye, but is quick to write a contract to be aware. It cost me $400 more to repair the damage caused by his negligence and that of his crew. THERE WAS NO SUPERVISOR on the job when the tent was put up, someone showed up at 8:30 pm when the tent was already up. If there was a zero rating that's what they deserve. wet foot marks all over my house, very disrespectful.Review from Anthony_G

This company is the single worst Pest Control Company in the state of Florida.
We have evidence or lying and deception by the organization and it's representatives including one called Clara and our legal team is preparing full litigation against them filed in Broward County.
The entity submitted an invoice on April 1, 2021 and when the customer requested a FINAL bill, a series of ********** invoices were then sent to a 'collections agency' within 23 days. They placed EMPTY pest control devices on the customer's property and were SHOCKED when the customer found out and asked them to cease and desist. This is a ********** organization engaging in horrible business practices in the middle of a pandemic

This customer, which is under the name of **** ****, has never paid us only after paying for the original service back in November 2020. When the customer was not happy with his lawn treatments (although the lawn was suffering from drought stress and irrigation problems due to sprinklers not working properly that we informed the customer about) Petri agreed to credit the past 2 lawn services in full. Despite our goodwill offer to credit these lawn services they still would not pay for other services rendered. Rodent stations need to be refilled during each service. Any empty stations indicate rodents are feeding on the bait and the stations are working properly. Also, it should be noted that due to a lack of any payment, the last time the rodent bait stations were serviced was February 10, 2021 and the last pest control service was performed on January 14, 2021. So it is not surprising that the customer would have empty rodent stations and spider webs without regular service. Again, Petri never received payment so we would not continue to service after those dates.
When the customer refused to pay for service despite our credits Petri sent the customers to a collection service where the full amount of the customer's contractual obligation would be due.
We would be happy to furnish the BBB with copies of the signed agreements and any notes in our system detailing the times and dates of these events.
Petri has been in business 65 years and we have an excellent reputation in the community. The accusations that Petri lied or was deceptive or engaged in anything fraudulent is not patently untrue and we believe defamatory.
