      If you have any problems with mold whatsoever, I ****%, recommend United Water restoration group of **********! We have used this company, twice, in the last 6 months, for two separate issues , and you will not find a more professional, caring, hard working group of people then this company. As soon as we were in contact with *******, they came out quickly and addressed the issues immediately. We live in an HOA community, and ******** in the office, was very helpful and knowledgeable about dealing with not only our insurance company but also with our HOA. ******* even went over to our HOA office to speak with them in person about our situation. She also quickly put together a crew to come out, and I can tell you you will not find a nicer, patient, caring, hard-working crew. ***** and ******* were just phenomenal with how they handled the situation upon arrival and through to completion. They answered any and all questions that we had and never acted like we were bothering them or being a nuisance . **** and ***** joined them on the second half of the project and they were just as courteous and hard-working as ***** and *******. As you know, mold can be a nightmare! But from my first phone call with *******, she put us at ease. And with the arrival of ***** and *******, they helped make such an awful ordeal go smooth and quickly. And for the Final Phase **** and ***** really impressed me with their work ethics as well! They all completed the job quickly and efficiently. They also cleaned up in the end with vacuuming,mopping Etc. It was impressive! I highly recommend this company! This is not a paid review either and I do not know any of them personally. I do not do reviews often but this one I felt needed to be done as they deserved it!Great job United Water Restoration group of **********!

      I got a big flood in my condo. United water restoration came fast and in time to saved my condo from more damage. Their technician Artsem ********* was very professional and knowledgeable. Strongly recommended

      United Restoration was recommended to us! We were completely satisfied with their work! Very professional, communication was outstanding, ***** was ************** that visited our home everyday for a month, he was Amazing! Our water damage was extensive but we picked the right company to help us get back to normal! You will definitely not be disappointed! Call them now!

      What started out as a good company turned into a company who lacks Integrity. TERRIBLE! They want your insurance money and thats it. To say I was highly disappointed would be a HUGE understatement. Although I am grateful for them coming in over Labor Day weekend, and for the most part communication was okay, when push came to shove, they could not finish strong. The demo crew did not clean worth a ****. They failed their air quality test and then expected us to pay for their failure. The indoor air quality specialist wouldnt even test it was so filthy. They returned to our house without notification and without the garage remote we entrusted them with. We were 30 min away in a Airbnb. Luckily this time round, a young tech came and did a better job but still no where near what needed to be done to truly clean and remediate mold. Better though I can say, but not the high standard I wanted. Luckily the air quality specialist was able to get a clean air sample second time. Granted air sampling is not the full picture of mold. So I went in following to ensure everything was cleaned. But when the estimate that I had to call multiple times to get came in, it had 13 errors- from the square footage of space to lies such as removing our washer and dryer which they didnt do because I DID! Yet they were charging me for it! To try and steal money from people in a vulnerable situation and lie about the work you did is horrible! Now Ive researched heavily on mold and this is not the company you want if you truly want a thorough job and mold remediated. We only went with them because of emergency and a certified company is hundreds of miles away unfortunately. This is a company who wants to get in and get money. Its evident even by how their techs even talk about their work. They are not ISEAI certified and honestly do below sub Par. The people did not even wear respirators when cleaning the mold. I called their boss because I was concerned. DO NOT USE!

      Worst company Ive ever done business with. Came with a recommendation from the plumbing company I used and was a straight disaster the whole way through. Had to call numerous times and never got a call back. Was told in the notes my job said it was completed yet the only thing ever done was them drying out the wall. Missed appointments for estimates. Zero communication. I practically had to prod this job along just to get it not even halfway done a month later at the time of me writing this review. Also cut more drywall out of walls that werent even affected and was only willing to take 150 bucks off of a 2k bill where all they did was cut drywall and clean a very small area of mold. Also look closely at invoices because they charge for every little thing to include expendable items like goggles, masks, and gloves. Literally seems like a giant money grab to get as much from insurance or the homeowner as possible. Avoid this headache of a company at all costs.

      I had a plumbing/water issue. I called United at 4:30 one afternoon and they had a crew at the house by 5:30 and stayed until 10:00. They were back early the next morning to finish. Because I am remote they called and texted me several times to update to their findings and reported the results.This business model is one that every company should understand and emulate. I am impressed and highly recommend United. I couldnt be happier with their service, attitude and incredible responsiveness.

      Do your research after all of our storms I had to have my entire roof replaced and this company contacted me to do drywall and mold removal. They were very professional when they came out ..they contacted my insurance company ..they told me it had been approved by insurance to perform the work . They later sent me a bill for over $20,000, put a lien on my property and now I had an attorney call and threaten to *** me so do your research! Of course they wont return any of my calls!

      My 93 year old mother was intimidated and taken advantage of by this company. BEWARE! They were called on 1/5/2023 to help with a water leak when her AC quit working and needed to be replaced. The technician asked who her insurance company was and had her sign some paperwork which she was never given a copy of. They left 2 fans for 24 hours to dry up the moisture. She was then contacted by her insurance company and that they wanted to come and inspect the damage. At the end of January she told the insurance adjuster that she did not intend to file a claim and to please not come. She also called her insurance company and Water Restoration in early February and told them she would not be filing a claim and to send the bill directly to her. She was told the bill would be $1890 (we assume was based on the fact that she had a $1000 deductible) She asked them to be reasonable as this amount was above and beyond the 24 hours that their equipment was in her home. They agreed to lower the bill by $200 but never sent a bill in the mail. Next, she received an email from the company that they would be placing a lien (dated 2/22) on her property if she did not make a payment. Apparently, they continued to send the bills to the insurance company as my mother never received a bill (and still has not). My mother again pleaded with the company to lower the bill which they did to $702 and promised to send her a copy in the mail. She received another letter this week informing her of a lien being filed followed by a threatening email that there would be additional fees if she did not pay. This company did minimal work and tried to pad their profit by filing a claim on her behalf (there was no explanation from the technician what she signed and what would happen next). At 93, Mom could no longer stand the harassment and threats from this company and paid the bill. She is very upset about the whole situation. I would recommend training your technicians not to take advantage of seniors.

      While we're sorry that you have had a negative experience with our company, the story in the review has several components wrong. First and foremost, we never placed a lien on your mother's home. We sent a notice to the owner for the failure of payment. We have also sent the invoices to the homeowner multiple times, including the email with a payment failure notice. We have also sent ample reasoning for the work done, with the work detailed along the bill to justify the scope of work United performed. It wasn't just two fans. It was monitoring, labor, and ensuring the property met industry drying standards. After the claim from UPC was abandoned due to the company entering receivership, no bills or correspondence went to the company. They all went to the homeowner. We understand your frustration with the situation. The water mitigation process can be challenging, especially if you are removed from the situation. 

      However, we would like to let you know that ************** did not take advantage of your mother. The paperwork that your mother signed was a standard authorization form that we use to start the work and communicate with the insurance company. We also want to let you know that we provided a discount on the bill and worked with your mother to come to an agreeable amount. We were willing to revise the invoice to accommodate her request for a lower amount, which she agreed to via phone conversation. We understand you are now asking for a more price reduction, but our fees are based on industry standards and the work provided. We have already made considerable concessions to accommodate your mother's situation.

      Because of your concerns, we are committed to reviewing our practices and training to ensure that all our clients, especially seniors, are treated with the utmost respect and care. We will also reevaluate our communication processes to provide clarity and avoid misunderstandings.

      They are greedy, dishonest, and not a legit company. They charged me more than they told me in person. They promised me not to charge more than insurance would pay them. They instantly changed the price and send me to the collection company. Please do not make any business with them. They are not even good at what they do.

      We have a signed work authorization ad Certificate of Completion from the named insured. This consumer worked for a law firm and threatened our firm when her insurance company failed to pay her entire invoice for services rendered. All our services and terms were clearly stated when the insured signed her comprehensive eight-page contract. "Insurance Jobs: If Owner is expecting the Project to be paid by homeowner's insurance, OWNER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT COMPANY DOES NOT ACCEPT ASSIGNMENTSOF BENEFITS IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA ANDTHIS IS NOT AN ASSIGNMENT OF BENEFITS CONTRACT. The owner remains responsible for paying the full balance for all work and materials. If the Company agrees in writing, Company will charge Owner the price for the Project as estimated by Company under current Florida Building Codes, or such other agreed estimated price as Company may set." United Water Restoration Group of South Florida, Inc. must have become dishonest when we requested that our outstanding balance from May 2022 be paid. We are licensed General Contractors and Mold remediators in Florida with an A+ rating with the BBB. I am requesting that this malicious attack on our Company be immediately removed. This was a very dishonest attack on our Company.

      The insured had many chances to pay her outstanding balance and failed to do so. The insured's inactions have resulted in United protecting their financial interest in her property.
