    I have purchased a vehicle here at this dealership. I had made all of my payments without a problem. Then one night they decided to take the car without notice. They are not allowing me to talk to the bank, they are the bank themselves actually. So they decided to default my loan in order for me to pay up more. That way they keep my money Ive already paid, plus everything else they now want me to pay to get the car back. This is a known tactic south ******* dealerships do to people. I am not looking for compensation or anything. But this is once business that cannot be trusted, Ive read so many complaints about it but I thought they were non paying customers but they were right. They allow you to drive off making bubble payments, then 7 months later come to your house and take the car. And since the dealership is the bank they can default it for any given reason at anytime without notice. Not only did I have to file a police report because of the towing company stole my belongings, one being a firefly tablet, that were not even mine, they were issued by a company called firefly. Unfortunately I couldnt get that back, instead they show me before and after pictures as if someone cant just steal from me before the pictures. The guy even took my NyQuil bottle thats beyond me. As far the dealership goes they are not calling me, they do not want to talk to me & the only response I get it is we will call you to let you know what the problem is, its been 2 days already it being Saturday today. Now they have told me to wait until Monday the 17th

    First I must that they did get me in a car but at what cost. I purchased a ************************************************************************** one month my car have shut off dead on ************* not even my emergency lights can go on. Now Im someone who always update with my maintenance so how in 4months I am having issues with my car. Come after talking to the rep she clearly said there is nothing they can do. Like seriously nothing after 4months nothing not even come in lets see what is wrong . I have never had an issue with any of my past used cars prior to this purchase. If I anyone who is looking to purchase be mindful that you to can fall into this same situation. And I do know Im not the only one that have this problem with them.
