Absolutely horrible place. Do not bring your boat there unless you are a homeless crack or meth head. Three suicides in the last three months. They are not legally allowed to have live aboards in the boat yard but they do if you can pay $250/month. The owner a female named ****** should be in prison. Stealing peoples boats and accessories, forging signatures, fraudulent notaries, etc. A real piece of work. Pays and treats her employees, even her own brother, worse than she treats her customers. An extremely arrogant evil woman. The work done here is only to hide the problem until you pay and leave the yard. Once you hit the water its your problem. Stay away from these crooks.Review from Victim of This Company

This company and or employees made every effort to over charge and cause damange to our boat. The staff put chemicals in the fuel and oil to cause damage. They over tightened parts to cause damage. We have proof.. The staff and owener refuse warranry.. The dust from the cement plant next door cover the boats and caused damage to pant and tops. We have several mechanics that have written statements for investigators. RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

1: The Cement Plant has been closed & inoperable for 20 years. That is the first mistruth.
2: We never had anything to do with the fuel or the oil. They came in using a outboard motor attached to the swim platform which was falling apart because of the weight of the motor. The diesel in the tanks was probably very old. We don't know what they are talking about w/ the oil. We never touched the engine. All that we did was the motor mounts and told them that when the boat went back into the water, the motor would need to be realigned once it sat in the water for 24 hrs.
3: They would do things to the boat @ night then the next day tell us that we did it. The keel plug is just one of the many things that they did.
4: The boat was donated, I guess because of the shape it was in.
5: They would call and text all hours of the night to anyone that they could. One call was that they were going to make us famous on U tube. We think they were doing a little to much of something. It's only our thought. If I know then what I know now, I would not work with this ******* **** ***** nonprofit. I would recommend that you call us and get the truth about these people. I didn't want to reply because of the drama that comes with them. GOOD LUCK IF YOU DO ASSOCIATE WITH THEM.
