  This provider Left me stranded on the side of the road promising that they would come by and get me and never did. At any point, they could’ve told the truth but instead they left me stranded. Waiting and thinking I had help on the way It is unconscionable. This company is still in business. And that the police use them as to providers, considering that they will leave you high and dry anytime they want When you attempt to contact Them the rude lady that answered the phone makes excuses about why they’ll be there in another hour, but ultimately they’re not coming. Don’t bother this company is a fraud.

  My Harley got a flat on 275 southbound and I hit up my roadside with my insurance. They dispatched pagan, with an estimated eta of between 90-210 minutes. So there I sat on the side of the highway in 100 degree heat sweating to death. That was until it started pouring rainy and lightning, all while I was you know, on the side of the highway. Finally the eta came and went and the insurance lady called and said that they haven’t been answering and she doesn’t have any other options but to re assign me. She does that and I wait for another 1 1/2 hour before they tell me the driver got in a wreck. I get reassigned again, once again to Pagan. Estimated wait time of 70-120 minutes. Continue to wait, sweating, swearing, soaking. Time comes, insurance calls and says the same old thing. They aren’t answering I said give me five minutes and call me back. During this entire time I called nonstop and nobody answered. Finally she calls and says that she has to once again reassign me. Stay AWAY from Pagan Untowing.

  Vehicle was damaged due to their actions. They refuse to accept responsibility or repair the damage. The task was a simple action performed by tow companies prior to a tow.. very rookie mistake! Their ethics are poor.

  This is the second time I have used this company and each time they exceed all expectations, especially with their customer service. ****** was beyond amazing and dealt with a very difficult tow situation with my ****** His patience and extra gumption helped in making this trip successful. I am very thankful for his helpfulness and kindness. Amazing team!

  Worst towing service Ive ever run across. My ******** wouldnt start today and after discussing it with the dealer, he kindly offered to send a tow truck to pick it up and take it in to the dealership to fix the problem. I then got a series of text messages from the tow truck driver (he never provided any name), saying he was on the way and would arrive in a certain number of minutes (ranging from 3 to 75), but none were reliable and he finally showed up two hours later. When he did arrive he had a very nasty attitude, complaining about the ******** dealer and then about his own dispatcher. After blaming them, he said he had the wrong kind of truck and couldnt do anything. He soon got even more aggressive, and spewed a series of nasty expletives before walking away and getting in his truck. He came inches away from hitting my foot as he drove off, and that was the end of it.I called the ******** dealer right away and explained the situation, and that another company would come right away to take care of us. The other company was named Sepp Towing, and they showed up within *********************************** the exact same kind of truck as the Pagan driver had, but what a different attitude! His name was **** and was exceptionally polite, friendly, professional, and competent. Interacting with **** was a relief and it was a pleasure. Within minutes he said dont worry about a thing, Ill take it from here and also offered to take me back to the ******** dealer if that was my preference, also concerned that the dealer first clarify whether it would be fixed right away or would take an extra day. I opted pick the car up the next day, thanked him, and walked away. When I looked back he was already driving off with the vehicle to take it to the dealer.The difference was truly like night and day. Please spare yourselves the trouble and just stay away from Pagan. If youve read this far, you already know there is an infinitely better choice.

  The absolute worst experience of my life. I waited in a parking lot from 2:30 pm to 8:00 pm after the dispatch repeatedly lied about their ETA before ignoring my call all together. My insurance dispatched Pagan towing after I got a flat tire on the interstate. Each time I called Pagan Towing, the person who answered was incredibly rude and was more than dishonest with the arrival time. After waiting over 6 hours for a tow truck to come, the guy with Pagan Towing told me I should cancel my service because he had no idea where my truck driver was and couldnt get a hold of him. Avoid this place at ALL cost. They do not consider your time or safety. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
