I brought a house with iron wood well me and my wife is being treated like crap we got our house well it set on our land for 3 weeks before something was done I had to stay on top of them the un license plumber came out there and did the plumbing kept having leaks he fixed them and kept finding them well he left and found leaks again and he would not call me back or nothing well they hired someone else that don’t have any plumbing license to come out there and fix the leaks before the inspector comes out there for the insurance ******* told me not to tell the inspector that there was leaks under the house so she came with him to make sure I didn’t say nothing so today I call her out on her bull crap so she blocks me I can send you pictures of screenshots she said I’m disrespectful and everything I want something done about this they hiring random people to come and do the plumbing and I even told her I had a house fire up in Alabama she wanted me to lie to the insurance companyBusiness response

In regard to this complaint, Ironwood Homes of Perry hires 3rd party contractors to complete specific parts of every job. Plumbing connections are done under the Mobile Home Installers license which covers both the installation of the mobile home, connection of sewer plumbing as well as installing roof cap and shingles. Once it was determined that deficiencies existed with the plumbing the mobile home installer sent multiple people from his company to attempt to correct the issues. After constant calling and badgering of the contractors by Mr. ******* I was contacted and told that they were not willing to complete the job due to Mr. ******* constantly harassing them via phone. I was then contacted by Mr. *******'s' mother who instructed me to deal with her at which time we agreed to hire her husband and Mr. *******'s father who is a licensed plumber to complete his home. At this time there are no plumbing issues that I am aware of. The job was completed, and Mr. *******'s father has been paid.Initial Complaint

On July 30, 2022 Ironwood homes of Perry, FL had their demolition crew come to demolish and remove our old mobile home. They did indeed demo and remove most of it but in the process the crew cut our electric line to our water pump twice, which they spliced together and left on top of the ground, crushed our water pipes, which they used our pvc pipe to get water back to our new house and also left it on top of the ground, and did not remove the metal frame of our old home when they promised to remove it the following weekend. We have had to hire someone else to repair the electic line and pvc piping mess that was left, dig a ditch for it to go into, and remove all of the metal that was left in our yard. Our contract states that we had an allowance of $4500 for this service. Our mobile home was paid in full, now I would like to get $2500 back for the work that they did not finish properly so that I can pay our contractor who had to fix the mess that we were left with. I tried to email both the owner and my previous agent about a resolution, my agent is out on personal leave but someone should be checking her email, with no response.Business response
