Today my Honda signaled a low tire pressure while I was out shopping in Belleview. I thought I might have a nail in a tire since I'd just had roof repairs done at my house. I thought- Vannoy's! I immediately turned around and headed back to Vannoy's on New Warrington. They examined my tires and found a nail. However, they couldn't accept a personal check and, it happens, their credit card reader wasn't working. The manager quickly said we'll fix it for you -Merry Christmas! How lovely and unexpected. I learned about Vannoy's friendly service and expertise from my father a long time ago. I will be telling this story of them helping me out with courteous generosity to my friends and neighbors. I will also forever bring my business to Vannoys. Thank you! Lynda K.

Saturday 10/15/2022 I dropped my vehicle off at 736. I know it was 736 because I looked at my phone and said oh wow it’s busy already. Around 10:13 get the call to let me know I need front and back brakes. Got dropped off around 1130 because I thought my car would be ready soon. While sitting there for hours. Around 1:10-1:30 I was told they did not have the correct part for my back brakes. I not happy! And I let it be known with the customer service rep I wasn’t happy! She stated! Well! In stead of sorry! I told her I’ll go ahead and pay for my front brakes. Handed her my card! She threw it back at me! Very poor customer service! I explained to her that I’m upset because you are now just telling me you do not have the correct part for my back brakes. She states they been working on my car for a hour. I said a hour! I’ve been sitting here for over a hour! I feel Vannoys was discriminating against me. I was the only African American in their office. I wasn’t getting treated fairly. Other customers were leaving and my car was just sitting in the air! With no one working on it! The customer service rep did not come to me with no status until it was close to time for Vannoys to close. I honestly believe Vannoys did not want to do my back brakes because it was going to take some time and did not want to stay open past 2pm.
