Zero stars if icould. I am a senior caring for a much more senior father. Meraki salesperson all but pushed his way into our home. The pitch was solar to "save" us money. The pitch came with a graph showing how much our electrical would rate increase over the next few years (price of natural gas, general increases). They also stated that because of my income last year, I would get a tax credit to bring it down farther. I realized I don't qualify for a tax credit so my bills from Meraki would be much higher than current electric bills. My salesman, Danny Francis and his manager, Mark Chambers were told I had no income but their concern was credit. My dad had received quotes for tree removal by our driveway to prevent pitch and pine needles falling on our vehicle. Mark said he subcontracted a logger for tree removal. His quote was much lower and would help with more sky for his part of the work. My dad wrote a check for 4000.00 for the tree removal. We don't share an account, it was not a loan. It was simply for tree removal. I canceled the order before any tree person contacted us. I understand that Meraki has a very hefty cancelation fee and that would be my responsibility yet they cashed my dad's check for tree removal and refuse to return it.

the sales reps lied ,lied and lied.the head rep was mathew ********** the other was cody thats all i know about his name.they said they could lower my bill lto $140.per month.i normally pay$120.00 a month in the winter it can be over$300. a month in the summer by allowing them to put solar panels on my roof at no charge and they would get their money from florida public utilities and i would never be charge anything..i am a 77yo disabled widower with many health problems.i live on social security as my only income so i thought that was a great deal.so i agreed.then i get a call from a finance company in califorina and said i owed over $33000.00 to them for the panels and my payment per month would be $140.00 for 25 years @5% interest and if i die the debt has to be paid by the beneificury of my estate.the only thing i have is my house to leave them. had they not lied to me i would never in a million years agreed to that. i would bet the good reviews are written by the company.

I'm a senior citizen and a Meraki sales person basically intimidated me to get the solar system and then I was back in forth with them for over a year because the system wasn't working according to emphase. My electric bill isn't lower and so I'm paying for the same electric, plus for the solar panels. I was told later that my solar panels don't catch the sun and that I should never have been sold the panels.

These company has used people to take advantage off, they sell you solar with Solcius and now solcius closed down and Meraki is no were to be found like I need some technician to come fix a panel but now they said that they have no responsibility on fixing the panel because they not with solcius anymore but the ones that came knocking on my door was Meraki employee not solcius and I call the rep that sold me the panels he told me that he no longer works there because what the company Meraki was doing with the Reps they used them to get there family members and long terms friends but they scam the family and friends please don’t go with company they will scam you
