      I live in an isolated road in eastern ky, a "holler" if you will where no delivery services will travel, not even the USPS. My brother on the other hand lives about 5 miles away in happy rainbow land where they have blacktop roads and the delivery men aren't afraid to stop. I placed an order online with these people and gave my brothers address as the shipping address and my own as the billing address. They cancelled my order because the addresses didn't match so I reordered using my own address for both. They took the money from my account and then called me and asked for a copy of my driver's license and some kind of bill that gets sent to my address. I obliged them the following day and they instantly cancelled my order. Now I fear that they only wanted my personal information because of the speed in which my order was cancelled. It felt like that was the plan the entire time. They are yet to refund the 250$ I paid them. Im pretty sure they will refund it, but it seems very fishy to me. They have now cancelled my order twice and treated me as if I'd lied to them about my identity.

      Ordered an item on sale April 19th 2023. Plus a promotional discount,(5%). Days later,(4/21/2023), after the spring sale had ended, they cancelled my order on the basis that they ran out of stock. And while they refunded me completely , I missed the opportunity of purchasing the item at a $171.51 sale price savings at another hobby outlet. I was willing to wait until the item was back in stock. They refused to offer me a rain check. Made the mistake to attempt to support the smaller hobby outlets. I should had purchased through a more reputable hobby outlet such as Tower or Horizon. I can see why this business has an “F” rating and is not accredited by the BBB

      I purchased a remote control truggy for my son for Christmas. The package shows to begin delivered but it was not.I opened a claim with king cobra I have made several inquiries regarding this to king cobra and now I’m being ignored after being told my clame is closed. Please help me resolve this. Thanks

      I purchased a RCT car from them and was told by the salesman that it was a great car. When it broke in the first hour I returned it and was told by the same salesman that it was junk and I should replace all the parts with upgrades and I bought a piece of junk and that is not abnormal with these cars because the gears are made of plastic. My grandson was with me and he really wanted to use it so I offered not to use the warranty which would cost me nothing but a few weeks but to pay $65 for the part if he would install it for free. He refused to do it and told me that is what to expect when you get a car like this. I paid $165 and at the time was told it was a good car. Things certainly changed after the sale is completed.

      Order#3636 I purchased a krayton 8s rc car since the meet there criteria for free shipping which was ground shipping a long with other shipping options I selected 3day shipping for $60 they said to contact me about shipping that it would cost more for the the 3day service but I can't understand why they would keep the $60 that was paid already to use a service they offered for free they had 2 options either eat the cost and send by 3day service or refund shipping cost since they used ground shipping which on there site said was free for my order. This is there fault not mine I paid for what was offered and they should have made it right.

      Used crypto currency to purchase two items as an experiment with crypto currencies. It has been more than 30 days since my order was accepted with nothing sent out. I have reached out to the company 4 or 5 times now with only one automatic replay on the first try saying the items would ship out once in stock. I have since ordered the same item directly from the source producer and received my item within a week. I want either my items now or full refund immediately.

      On September 17th 2021 I ordered a part form King Cobra of Florida online using my credit card. Order number 29725. On the same day I received an email saying my order was being processed. On the 27th of September I emailed the company asking for expected delivery date. There was no response. I left multiple messages on the phone but, again, no response. I was out of the country for the month of October so had no contact with the company. Upon returning home the order still had not been received.

      On Wednesday, Oct. 6th... I placed an order for an item valued for $189.00 which stated it was in-stock. I requested UPS 2nd Day Air shipping for $32.92; for a total cost of $237.29. The option for free shipping was there, but I wanted it asap. I received a call on Oct. 7th from an employee stating that the item was unavailable. I then chose another item valued at $174.99 instead. I particularly asked the person for the same 2nd Day Air shipment, and was assured that the item will be. Item was delivered on Tuesday instead, not the requested shipment I paid for. Text chat with 'Sierra' about a refund for shipment and was told the manager 'Chris' will be notified and it'll be taken care of by the end of the day. I paid for faster shipment and instead got standard shipment and still no refund of my $62.30. Order # 2287 UPS Tracking # 1Z5A68040296376987 I asked for 'Chris's' last name and was told they cannot say; I reminded them that they're running a business. Thanks for you help.

Our website clearly states at the top of the page (Shipping delay 3-4 business days. VIP orders ship in 1 business day) The order was placed October 6th. Mr. Khan was contacted October 7th at 3:58pm the items was Scheduled for Pick up October 8th. The order shipped second day Carrier UPS 2nd Day Air(r) Tracking number 1Z5A68040296376987 Items in shipment 1 × Kyosho Mini-Z RWD MR-03 Readyset Mercedes-AMG GT3 KYO32338YBK-B Weight and size 12.5 × 10.5 × 5.5 in 3.0 lb The order was shipped within the stipulated time. Received the order October 6 at 9:22pm and shipped October 8th via second day shipping therefore the refund for shipping is denied. However the cost of the new product was $15 less and that has been refunded.
