I have 2 issues...my father, Kenneth J. ********, who passed away in this nursing home on 8/6/22 was not cared for well at all and the facility lost many of my father's clothes, a blanket and nice jacket etc. I have tried to contact them and I am not getting a response. The clothes lost easily came to $197.38 and on Oct. 7th I bought a list and a receipt for a few items we had to repurchase so Dad would have clothes to wear along with a bill for medication for $27.66 which was billed incorrectly. I spoke to Mary by text the following day after I dropped off the bill for medication and list of lost clothes and she said she would give it to Joe, the Administrator. I have tried to contact them, but voice mail box is always full. Rosewood needs to pay the bill of $27.66 for Dad's medication and we want to be reimbursed $197.38 for the clothes lost. I have attached the list of lost clothes below.Initial Complaint

I had surgery on my leg on 31 Dec 2021. I was sent to ***** Branch Health and Rehabilitation on 7 *** 2022. My dressing was supposed to be changed 7 to 10 days from surgery and still hasn't been changed 13 *** 2022. I was getting 5 MG of Norco after receiving 10 MG at the hospital. I was getting this every 5 to six hours. They finally raised the dose to 7.5 every 8 hrs which I take on a daily basis even before breaking my leg. (Clearway Pain Management) The Dr here, Dr ***** I saw on 11 *** 2022 and changed the frequency of the Norco to every 6 hrs which still hasn't been corrected to nurse staff so I'm still getting pain meds every 8 hours. I also take generic Nexium on a daily basis. I talked to them about this on 7 *** 2022 and as of yet I am still not receiving the correct med. They are giving me prilosec which does not work for me. I can at least speak up, what happens to those who can't?Business response

ON DAY OF DISCHARGE 8/23/2021- MY HUSBAND AND I DISCOVERED HER DENTURES-UPPER AND LOWER WERE MISSING AND ALOT OF HER CLOTHES TOO INCLUDING SIZE 14 JEANS, 6 DUSTER GOWNS, SOCKS BRA PANTIES SIZE 10 AND SMALL UNOPENED PUZZLE AND I ALSO SENT A CROCHET PRAYER CLOTH THAT MADE BY ME WITH A HEART EMBEDDED IN IT.Business response

This information is totally incorrect. Ms ****** doesn't have dementia from the records i have received from the current assisted living facility. She is doing much better with all meds given to her daily. She's totally knows what is going on and is accepting the place where she lives currently. I have never spoke to anyone accept Joseph ****** and it was after many attempts to talk to him of my concerns. In the original complaint i did in fact give you all the clothing that was missing and dentures to the best of my ability on 8/23/2021. Ms ****** didn't purposely loose her dentures and clothes were stolen that's a fact. Thank you and do the right thing at least reimburse her dentures she needs them to eat properly.
