I hire in October 2020 All Seasons to replace Coil from my Air Conditioning unit the part was under warranty, we paid the labor, they send a "technician" a heavy guy barely could move around I was there for the first part of the job as I sow him struggling with the job I left him doing what he needed to do. I come back from work AC was working so I assumed it was done I did not notice nothing up until a month ago I was on my way to put some vinegar and the pipe where the cleaner goes it wasn't there I call them and they come to put one on when I talk to the technician I show him the problem he told me the original guy was fired from the company and that I need it to talk to Chad the service manager I have been calling for week nothing never call me, I went to the office to talk the service manager he wasn't there instead I talk to Brant (very heavy set guy) that listen what I have to say "told me he will call me back" never did but that yes the company will do take responsibility. Today 06/10 finally got to talk to service manager Chad who try to turn around the situation accusing me to try to making them pay for "something" total out of context, that it's not he's fault other companies bad install "again nothing to do with the problem" his technician left open the deck where the AC Unit sits undo tape from duct never seal the deck back DID A TERRIBLE JOB it's the responsibility of this company to come to my home and clean the dirty mess inside my unit that leaving open deck has created. Not asking for money Not asking for an apology. What happen was preventable be sending 2 people almos 1,000 dollars job to this "crappie" job my unit was installed new 2014. Thank you

Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2022/07/14) */ ***Document Attached*** Please see attached history of the calls placed for ****** *******. See attached invoices for the work that was done. Customer had warranty coil installed on October 14, 2021. Customer called on May 4th stating she had an issue with drain line, and we went out the same day corrected the issue. We were never advised that there was any issues other than the drain line. There was never any complaints to come do any work, or that there was even a problem with the original work that we had performed. Consumer Response /* (3000, 13, 2022/07/14) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I told the technician that come to my home to install the drain line about the duct not been seal and make him notice the condition of the work of the technician who come to my home to install the coil, his answer was he doesn't work for us any more he was fire exactly what he says. Also mention that he was going to let the office know so they can send someone out to correct the job left by the other technician. This company don't want to take responsibility for BAD workmanship, treats customers with disregard or it's about the color of my skin? Or my ethnicity? Business Response /* (4000, 15, 2022/07/15) */ I have spoke with the service manager Chad, and we did not put this unit in originally. We came over replaced the warranty coil, and we filled our part of services. Customer had another company out, and wanted us to pay them for work they did. Customer is requesting work to be done that had nothing to do with the coil we installed. We fill that at this point nothing will make her happy. Consumer Response /* (4200, 17, 2022/07/18) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) This Company it's totally out context NEVER once ask them to pay for nothing. I am asking them to come and secure the deck work that was rip off by your technician and clean the dust and debris that my machine has now thanks to the Poor workmanship and professionalism. This problem was noticed by me when I went to put vinegar in my unit like I do every so often and the little pipe spout wasn't there and I spoke to the technician about it and he said that he was going to notify the office so they can send someone to fixed.
