Videos were uploaded to Yelp of events.I was a resident for a year and it was a horrible experience to say the least.I didn't even feel safe with my daughter there. I heard gun shots at least ***** times throughout my time here. I had my car broken into twice as they had attempted to steal it so I was then forced to pay an extra $200 a month for a garage just to keep my car from getting vandalized, my tag was also taken off my car multiple times and was used for illegal activity. I've seen numerous fights and arguments outside my apartment. There's a gentlemen that sells marijuana to the neighbors and sits in a ***** all day and smokes in the hallway. I was getting out of my car once and when he opened the car door all the smoke got into my daughters face.I had a crack in my tub that resulted in leaking water all throughout my floor from the baseboards which then resulted in mold. It took them 2 months to come put some duct tape on the crack in the tub and they covered the mold with plastic. All the baseboards were wet in the bathroom. I was forced to deal with the tub for 6 months!! They came on the last week of my lease and said they were going to start working on it and it would take 3 days. There were cockroaches, they stopped changing the air filter, everybody tailgates on the off chance that gates are actually working. There's no elevator system so getting all my stuff up and down the third floor was absolutely fantastic. My balcony didn't have a roof overhead. Cars racing up and down Washington street. On my last month they decided to add credit building for rent and told me I couldn't get the whole year of rent paying added to my credit. Oh and if you want to speak to the property manager hopefully she's not busy because she won't come out even if she hears there's a real issue. I was compensated not one time for any of these issues that were brought to their attention multiple times. All I got was an "I'm sorry". This isn't even all the problems I had here.Initial Complaint

I recently moved out of my rental at the ******* arts in ************** ******* after several years of living there. I gave the required notice, and took great care with the premises. my lease was up on 7/16/23 and as always I paid all my rent on or before the first, however I did not pay the last 2 weeks od trash/water and admin fee's, because I was out on the 16th. They have a ****** security deposit that I would Like back, and they are withholding it, and telling me I owe an additional almost ***** for trash/water and admin fee's thru 7/31/23 ( when I wasn't living there). I would like my security deposit back in full. They're wan of damage to the apt. and I don't think I have to pay for the 2 weeks I didn't live there. ThanksCustomer response

Can I get an update? Deems the latest statement they sent me I was being charged for water and trash from April-June. Not sure how I can owe all this when every month I was paid in full. Its a scam to get everyones security deposit.Initial Complaint

I am a resident at this property and I have been provided conflicted information via telephone and via email by one of your leasing agents. That has caused me damage while making a decision based in the information that was provided. I understand everyone wants to cover their tracks and sweep this under the rug but I need to speak with the owner or the highest decision maker. This matter is causing my family and I sleepless nights because the damage is done. I have emails to back up my dispute as well as what was promised via phone. I have asked for the Regional's email but was provided a general email. This urgent please contact me.
