So....where to start.Out of 5 Icon boxes since the switch, I've received 2.I've had to HASSLE Ipsy into refunding my money instead of them just admitting they've oversold the box (even tho I've had it for years, I should be at the top of the ship list imo)and issuing an apology with my money fully refunded.I get the run around, told 'we don't do refunds' and only when threatening a charge back do I see any action. My bank is aware of the lack luster business practices with Ipsy and is willing to follow through, which I should just end up doing this time cause I'm tired of receiving less money than what I paid due to the exchange.This used to be a decent company when it was just Boxy, like maybe my box would be missing something, but they always made it up to me. Sure shipping was slow, BUT IT SHIPPED!!I feel like Ipsy is just HOPING I'll forget (?!?) and let them just keep my $100 dollars.Well I won't.I'd tired of having to FIGHT a company to actually provide its service I paid for.Future subscribers, proceed with caution. They be heckin' shady

Shady website and business. Will not allow you to remove bank information or credit card information, nearly impossible to cancel account, and will sign you up for boxes without consent. DO NOT start an account with them, they will charge you for subscriptions you do not want and trick you into subscribing to others when attempting to cancel them. Will be making an official complaint to resolve the bank information theft with BBB.

I love my Ipsy Glam bagsthey give me something to look forward to every month bc guaranteed there is always something awsome in them! And then thinking they were perfect already they go & add things like now I get my ************** & they are hands down the best razors Ive ever used & to top it off you choose how often you get new blades delivered! Last thingeven tho times are tough financially right now I would not be able to cancel my membershipEver!! You go Ipsy Ppl & thank you!!

Ipsy is by far, my favourite beauty, product box company. I rarely have issues, however, when I do have them, their support team is very helpful, and its always resolved to my satisfaction. The products are sold at a fantastic price and are always an excellent price even when you convert to Canadian. So pleased to have found them, and now I purchase all of my beauty products through IPSY .

I like all Ipsy products. I love the skin care products and also the makeup, it's my absolute favorite. Im also in love with their perfume products they smell so good and last all day. Great selection of perfumes
