******** went above and beyond to help us secure our refinancing loan. She was prompt and detailed with her responses and answered all our many questions. She is also very polite and has the most beautiful personality. She is the best person to work with and she is extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend her to anyone who need Mortgage assistance. Daniella with Florida Choice Mortgage was absolutely exceptional to work with. She is the definition of 'customer service.' She made the house buying process so seamless, enjoyable, and exciting. She was always there for us in every aspect. Her communication is outstanding and her work ethic is unmatched. She was truly a pleasure to work with and I absolutely don't know what I would've done without her on my team. She secured a jaw-dropping low interest rate for us that exceeded our expectations! We worked closely with Daniella to close on our first home in January 2023. She was very knowledgeable and was available to answer any questions we had. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the right documentation to move forward with closing on our apartment due to the stricter rules as a result of the Surfside Collapse. Being a first home time buyer can be nerve wrecking but working with ******** made it so pleasurable!!! She was extremely helpful, efficient, to call her amazing is an understatement. *** never worked with someone as prepared as her. She is very quick to respond to every email or call I had.
