      We have had issues with the ac unit we purchased and have been trying to find a resolution for quite some time now. We asked in December 22 for someone to call us so we can get a resolution to have a reliable unit at this property. They never called and they were contacted last week and the manager finally called asking what I wanted. He should have been up to speed with the issues. He would not let me talk and cut me off each time i tried to have a discussion and after I asked him several times to let me finish my sentences. He continued to be combative, rude and unprofessional to the point I told him to shut the hell up so I can speak. He hung up sending me a text refusing to speak we me because I said a cuss word. I asked to speak with someone else and he refused. My property managers are trying to handle but the have now refused all service. I have a warranty and need that transferred to another company or something so I can get this issue resolved. I really don't care to do business with a company whose manager acts like a petulant child anyway but I do need to have this addressed. This has cost me a lot already and I need someone at this company to step up and act professional rather than the inept manager that I have experienced. I want to have my warranty honored and hopefully transferred to a company that can conduct themselves in a professional manner and are interested in at least trying to take care of the customer rather than being combative and arguing. This manager was very confrontational and was incorrect in several statements he made. He obviously in inept in his current capacity. This is costing me money each day and I need an immediate response.

      Hi Mrs. ********, I am sorry for your frustration. Your equipment was registered May 8, 2017 and was purchased from Climatic Comfort Products. You have 10 years from purchase date for all parts on indoor, heater and outdoor equipment. Anyone may work on your equipment being that it is registered with manufacturer. I read your complaint twice and completely understand your reasons for leaving. Blessings to you and your family.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The company personnel whom I spoke with was completely unprofessional and I purchased a piece of equipment that has been ineffective and completely a lemon.  We relied on the owner to give good advice and I think their lack of attention to complaints about the apparently defective product shows the company doesn't care about the products they sell or the customers they sell to.  This company certainly doesn't stand behind the products it sells nor the service they provide.  I was told the motor was going out and 2 companies tested the motor and stated there was nothing wrong with the motor.  A horrible company and worse management.
