On September 14, 2024, I attended a free Life Surge event at ***************. I paid $97 per seat for the *********** Surge event held October 2527, 2024. On October 27, I was pressured into placing a $5,600 down payment on my credit card toward the Kingdom 320 program. On October 31, I had an onboarding call with *******. From November 13, I attended Trade Surge, which they strongly recommended. During this process, they helped me apply for multiple credit cards (*********, *************, ***********, ***************, Discover), even filling out applications on my behalf and having me provide verification codes. This left me with thousands in new debt.I was also told by ***** ************** (Nevada Corporate Headquarters) that I needed both a *********** and a ****************** for corporate veil protection. I paid $1,300 for three years of advice and another $495 filing fee.The coaching program was not delivered as promised. Many calls were canceled, and I only completed two total. Despite watching all training videos, taking notes, and investing in signs, cards, LLCs, and driving for dollars, I have not made a single dollar. The program pushed the idea that debt is good and told us to max out credit cards as a leap of faith for God.Most of the training centered on wholesaling, which will not be legal in ************** after October 1, 2025, making the education unusable. At no time was I informed of a refund policy, yet I later heard others were offered one.The financial impact has been devastating. I now owe $32,595, with about $29,000 paid directly to Life Surge / Kingdom 320. This has caused me severe stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, and declining health.Resolution Requested: A refund of $29,000 due to failure to deliver promised services, misleading and high-pressure tactics, and significant financial harm.Sincerely,******** **********

Hi ********. Were glad to hear that you had a great conversation with our team yesterday and are pleased to confirm that your refund has been processed. You should receive it in 5-10 business days. As our team member mentioned, the Kingdom 320 program was an affiliate fulfillment partner of ours in October 2024. In November 2024, we launched our own fulfillment education curriculum through SurgeU, which continues to run today. We are sorry to hear about your previous issues with Kingdom 320 and, as Life Surge, we want to take responsibility and do what we can to support your situation. We hope you have a blessed day.

I attended a LIFE SURGE event in ***************** on and purchased the one-day financial class that followed. Im filing this complaint to bring light to deceptive practices I experienced. Faith-based perspective: I run my life and business by biblical principles (avoid debt, count the cost). In my experience, the LIFE SURGE class did not reflect this. What I witnessed: After a faith-branded main event, attendeeslargely Christianswere funneled into financial classes (real estate, trading, investments). Sessions were long and exhausting, with repeated sales pushes that created decision fatigue. Staff promoted debt as OPM (other peoples money), urging people to open multiple/high-interest credit cards to fund the program and deals. They showed a stack of cards (10+) to max out as a visual. I believe this is unsound financial guidance.Conflict with their own disclaimer: LIFE SURGEs ****************** Story Disclaimer says results vary widely and the average person may earn little to no money or could lose moneywhich contradicts the implied outcomes and faith-framed urgency in the live pitch. Proverbs 22:7 (KJV)Romans 13:8 Proverbs 22:2627 Psalm 37:21 **** 14:28 1 ******* 6:10 Host/teacher should read out loud to class: EARNINGS AND SUCCESS STORY DISCLAIMER Any income or earnings shared examples are not intended to represent typical or guaranteed results for the average customer. These figures are estimates of potential earnings and may not reflect your actual experience. There is no assurance that your income or earnings will match the examples presented. Results vary widely, and you should assume that the average person may earn little to no money or could potentially lose money, as all business ventures involve inherent work and risk. The individuals featured have participated in training programs, such as Life Surge, Impact Workshops, or Third-Party Fulfillment, at their own expense. Hi ****, thank you for sharing your perspective. Life Surge is a *************************** with a heart to make God known in the workplace and to encourage believers to live with Kingdom impact. Each of our offerings has a unique purpose: to Inspire through our main event, to Train through our three-day Impact Classes, and to Equip through additional education and mentorship opportunities.
We want to emphasize that every program we offer is optional, and as noted in our disclaimer, results may vary depending on each students level of involvement. Our goal is not only to inspire but also to provide practical tools that support long-term growth. For those who choose to take part, this includes classes designed to help students better understand Biblical principles of wealth and learn how to ******* their income effectively.
Life Surge is built on the unshakable truth of Gods Word. Our purpose is to pursue a deeper relationship with Him and to make His presence known in the marketplace. We are committed to equipping others to create meaningful Kingdom impact in their communities, holding to the belief that God belongs at the center of all thingseven those that may feel complex or unconventional.
Some of the verses that guide our mission are Proverbs 13:22, 1 Thessalonians 4:1112, **** 19:17, Proverbs 27:2326, and 2 Corinthians 10:5 (NIV).

I am rejecting this response because: As a follower of ***** who strives to practice biblical stewardship, I cannot agree that what I witnessed aligns with Scripture. In the classes I attended, debt was promoted as OPM, including opening numerous/high-interest credit cards; sessions were long and repetitive, creating decision-fatigue and, in my view, pushing attendees toward unwise commitmentscontrary to clear biblical counsel (e.g., Proverbs 22:7; Romans 13:8; **** 14:28; 1 Thess. 4:1112; 2 Cor. 10:5; Isa. 5:20). Your own Earnings & Success Story Disclaimer concedes that results vary widely and that the average person may earn little to no money or could lose money, which undercuts the success-story tone and spiritualized urgency used live. The principal voice highlighted in my experience was ****** ********, who publicly speaks of a general higher power rather than a distinct confession of ******; his financial frameworks may be effective in the world, but they are not biblical discipleship. You are promoting Kingdom wealth building on biblical principles and ****** as the supreme authority, yet you use ****** ******** a non-********* why? Are there no Christians out there with true wealth building biblical practices?  Regarding **** 19:17, that parable commends faithful stewardship of what the Master already entrustednot borrowing; even the mention of interest points to minimal prudent management, not maxing credit or OPM. I was also troubled by the wholesaling tactics presented; ethical wholesaling requires plain-English disclosure of ones role, intent to assign, and fees, and avoids any impression of being the actual buyer. The instructor encouraged cold calling sellers and initiating a meeting to purchase their home, sign a contract never mentioning that you are a wholesaler and not actually buying the home, and once they sign a contract with you then you look for a buyer to capture more than the contracted amount and you keep whatever the true buyer pays over that contract amount. I don't care who you are this is DECEPTIVE.   In love and clarity, I ask you to stop promoting debt as a virtue, remove spiritualized pressure that equates faith with borrowing, align live claims with your written disclaimer, and anchor all instruction in plainly biblical stewardshipor be transparent where content is secular business coaching. Finally, if this is truly a ******-honoring venture that puts brothers and sisters interests first, adopt a full 30-day no-questions-asked guarantee (a real cooling-off period with clear cost breakdowns and easy cancellation). What is of God will stand under a genuine guarantee.

    What these scriptures actually mean:
Proverbs 13:22 A good person leaves an inheritance for their childrens children. Inheritance presumes prudent saving and durable provision, not leveraging risks you dont control. It cannot be stretched to endorse maxing out credit cards or speculative schemes that commonly erase wealth. Your own disclaimer effectively acknowledges this risk profile.
1 Thessalonians 4:1112 **** calls believers to a quiet, disciplined life, honest work, and non-dependence. The aim is respectable self-supportnot reliance on unsecured borrowing or other peoples money. Using this passage to sanctify high-interest consumer debt is deceitful.
**** 19:17 The parable commends faithful stewardship of what the Master already entrusted (**** ********* The servants manage His funds, not debt; even the interest remark points to minimal prudent management, not maxing credit or OPM. Using this text to justify borrowing misreads its purpose.
Proverbs 27:2326 Know well the condition of your flocks for riches do not endure forever. This calls for careful accounting, realism about risk, and living within the productive capacity of existing assets. It commends patient, asset-based provisionnot speculative debt.
2 Corinthians 10:5 We take captive every thought to make it obedient to ******. **** is speaking about testing teachings and impulses under Christs Lordshipresisting manipulative appeals, refusing greed, and subjecting financial counsel to Scriptures whole counsel (caution about debt, counting the cost, honest dealing). This obligates believers to scrutinize sales rhetoric, not to silence prudence.

I pray for humility, repentance, and realignment with the whole counsel of Gods Word.

Life Surge advertises itself as a Christian event aimed at teaching financial freedom, but their practices are predatory and deceptive. Attendees are lured in with low-cost tickets and promises of life-changing financial education. Complaint: 23661263

I am rejecting this response because it is a textbook example of Life Surges ongoing lack of accountability, misrepresentation, and predatory business practices.

This response is nothing more than a canned, PR-scripted statement that dodges the actual issues raised in my complaint. It lacks substance, ignores the facts, and continues the same manipulative tactics that Life Surge uses across the country under the guise of Christian values.

    Let me be crystal clear:
-- I paid an $8,000 deposit on August 4, 2024, followed by $1,000/month for four monthsa total of $12,000 out-of-pocket.
-- I received only $3,999.82 refunded, not the full amount owed.
-- Your vague reference to optional offerings is intellectually dishonestthe entire event is designed to emotionally pressure attendees into signing up for overpriced mentorships, using spiritual manipulation and urgency tactics that would make any legitimate financial educator cringe.
-- Your staff encouraged meand countless othersto go into debt or open high-interest credit cards as a leap of faith, suggesting that financial hesitation was a sign of weak belief in God. That is not faithit is financial and spiritual exploitation.
-- Your programs offer minimal practical value without additional upsells, and the so-called education is a thinly veiled sales funnel.

If Life Surge is so proud of its mission, why does it have hundreds of 1-star ****** and BBB reviews, many of which echo the exact same complaintdeceptive marketing, pressure tactics, and financial harm?

The fact that I cannot get anyone on the phone who is willing to help, take ownership, or even speak like a human beingnot a sales scriptonly reinforces what I and so many others have experienced: Life Surge is not an education company. It is a highly engineered financial extraction machine cloaked in religious language.

I am requesting a full refund of the $12,000 paid, not just the partial amount Life Surge quietly returned under pressure. Anything less is a continued breach of ethical business practices and a violation of consumer trust.

On April 8th, 2025 I attended a free seminar given by Wealth Surge at the Boca Raton Marriott, Boca Raton, FL. I signed up for a 3-day seminar on April 25 to April 27 for $97 to be held in Ft. Lauderdale, Fl.  I have been calling this company since April 9th to cancel my attendance and get my money back. I found out that they are actually Life Surge, a religious organization that has many, many bad reviews about the company. I also found out that this is a Christian organization and they never once exposed that in the seminar speech. I do not come from Christian beliefs and will not attend this event. I want a refund. Not one person answer the phone, I've left many, many messages and no one returns a call!!! It's very frustrating. They need to establish their intentions before getting your money!!! Please help me get my $97 back. Thank you.

I attended the Reno Life Surge Event on Saturday, April 12th. I was excited to attend the conference, because based on the advertisements it seemed like this would be an amazing opportunity to be challenged and encouraged in my faith. For me, probably like the majority of the attenders, the draw was the list of high profile speakers and Bethel Music. I felt sick to my stomach to learn quickly that this was a BATE AND SWITCH. I spent $81 for VIP tickets to hear Christian speakers, only to be sold classes and software information by other speakers that were not advertised. Subsequently, I have learned that at these classes MORE classes are offered that cost upwards of $30,000, that students are then encouraged to get a Life Surge Credit Card to pay for these, that there is a monthly charge that starts accruing to use the "free software," and that you can't really utilize the software unless you go to the expensive classes (the classes that are after the initial classes attenders sign-up for at the conference). None of this was in the event advertisements! I know three people that attended the event in **** that signed up for the stocks and real estate classes. All three of these people are ones that are prime targets to be preyed upon financially: One is a single mom trying to scrape by, one who is suffering from a debilitating illness, and one with extreme mental health challenges. Realistically, none of these individuals will be day traders or real estate moguls, but I fear they will be swept away into this scam and charge tens of thousands of dollars they don't have and at the end have NOTHING to show for it but the debt. The fact that these conferences are being done in the name of Christianity, and that the speakers are using the Bible to "co-sign" on predatory behavior is unconscionable. If they were more honest with their ads, I am sure they wouldn't draw the kind of crowds they do now, but at least they would have integrity.

    Hi *******,
We appreciate your perspective of the Life Surge main event and are happy to address your complaint.
For your clarity, Life Surge is in fact a **************************** which is made clear on our website and social media platforms. As stated on our platforms, Life Surge desires to Inspire through our main event, to Train with our three-day Impact Classes, and to Equip through our further education and mentorship programs.
In addition, the main event known as Life Surge provides a set list of motivational speakers. This was in fact delivered to our attendees in *****
We believe that, as Christians, we are called to ******* resources wisely, much like ****** did in the Bible. His investment in storing grain allowed him to serve not only Gods people but also those who did not yet know the Lord. In the same way, we aim to build so that we can serve, rather than be in a position of lack that prevents us from doing so.
Additionally, all of our products and services are optional and are not required to attend the main event.
In addressing your final statement, the speakers at Life Surge testify to what the Lord has done in their livesmore specifically, how He has been faithful to them and their families, encouraging others to seek God first above all else.
While we recognize that not all ****** followers may share this perspective, we strongly believe that God should be at the center of everythingespecially our financial growthand boldly stand behind the products and services we offer our students.
We invite you to read some of the Bible verses that Life Surge stands on:
    Proverbs 13:22 NIV, 1 Thessalonians 4:1112 NIV, **** 19:17 NIV, Proverbs 27:2326 NIV, and 2 Corinthians 10:5 NIV.
These verses reflect our commitment to integrating faith into all aspects of life.
Unfortunately, with the information you provided, we could not find a record of your attendance at either Life Surge or any Impact Classes. For further clarity, please contact uswe would be more than happy to address your complaints further and provide you with a refund at ************** or *********************************************************.
    Have a blessed day.

Life Surge was advertised as a ********************* It had some of the well know names that people trusted. The conference turned into a Time share conference where we were told that God wanted us to go into debt to get more wisdom. And for $97 you could attend a 3 day stock trading class. On top of that you could attend a *********** Trading class. In fact you could attend both conferences with another person for the same amount. What a deal. FOMO YOLO. At the training conference, they would ask you to sign up for additional training for a small price of $30,000. LOL WTH. a total of $60,000 for both training programs and you could even use your credit card to pay for it. I did not sign up for additional training since the information could be found online or in a public library. I was using ChatGPT to take my notes, and it did a better job of presenting the information. I felt sorry for the people who felt pressured to please God by learning how to make more money to bless more people by going into debt. If it were from God, it would be for free. or an offering could be taken at the end of said training if people actually could make money off of future trading with no experience or buy short sales with bad credit.

I bought VIP tickets for my husband and son to attend Life Surge in **********. The expensive tickets were to include photo ops with *** *****, ****** ********* and **** ******* AND an autographed book. They got ZERO photo pics and were told by Life Surge staff that the speakers had already left and were not doing photos. This event turned out to be a big advertisement and not a Christian event at all.

    Hi Flo,
Weve reviewed the concerns you raised regarding your experience with Life Surge and would like to offer some clarification.

Our team has also confirmed that a refund was approved for you on April 7, 2025, as a courtesy, despite this falling outside of our stated policy. We trust this resolution addresses your concerns.
While we understand that not all believers may share our exact perspective, we remain firmly committed to our values. For further reflection, we invite you to explore a few of the scriptures that guide our mission:

This event is a total scam. They advertise it as a Christian worship event, when its really a sales pitch for more money. The money is not even going to the church, they want you to buy into these classes so you can buy a 3 million house and rent it out and make money.

I am rejecting this response because:

I have not yet attended the event, because I was warned and advised not to attend. There are many many complants against this event all over the world. If you cannot see to refund my ticket price, it will just add to the thousands of negative comments on social media and word of mouth. The tickets were bought under my husaband;s name, so maybe research ****** *****.

    Sincerely,

Purchased 10 tickets Jan 27, 2025 to Life Surge event in ***** at the ****************** May 3, 2025. I thought it was going to be an uplifting ministry event. Upon more investigation it is more of a marketing scheme. I emailed and called to cancel my 10 tickets and I have not gotten any response. I paid $220 for 10 tickets. I would like a refund of $220. As long as I cancel 14 days prior to event I should get a refund according to their policy.
