I am surprised to see both my prior complaint and review have been removed from this page. I called this company based on the false reviews on *****'s List. ***** appeared and said he had taken over the business from the previous owner. He removed and replaced sprinkler heads which were not broken and took them. I discovered later he broke pipes while doing this which I needed repaired by another company. I asked him not to go into the garage, When I went inside briefly, I came out to find him filling a box with items he had taken from the garage. I called the police, who refused to do anything due to the value of the stolen items. the police told me I should have known that he was not the original owner. He then sent me threatening text messages and sent a ridiculous letter. I'm glad to see the rating earned by the original owner was revoked but very disappointed that the BBB cannot stop false reviews.Review from LM S

Very few sprinkler/irrigation companies seem to be returning calls these days. I was so happy that Tyler (B&B) came out the day after my call and replaced my very very old sprinkler control system with a new Rainbird Wifi system. BTW-I recommend the wifi system. it is well worth the extra cost. Tyler is a perfectionist! I am pleased that the system has been installed and is working smoothly. He and I checked every sprinkler head to ensure they were working and had adequate pressure from the pump. Tyler is a sprinkler expert!!
