    We purchased a brand new 2021 Lexington Tritoon for $60,000. Because of the high cost, I put bow to ***** warranties and insurance on it. In 2022, the entire front floor of the boat became nothing but rotted mush. This boat has been dry-docked all of its existence and only has less than 40 hours on it. The local dealership closed, so I called Lexington Boats in ****. They couldn't locate us! When they finally did about a week later, they couldn't find our warranties! They finally found everything and told me to call **** at the ****** location. I tried for weeks to get ahold of ****, he was either on the road or out of the office. I finally spoke with his wife, and she got in touch with him. He asked my name, etc. He said he would call back. He never did. I called him. He said he couldn't find us or the warranties. This went on for 2 months. Finally, he told us to bring the boat to the shop. We drove the hour there and dropped it off. He said he would call back later that day. Two weeks later, I finally got ahold of him. He said the "Full" warranty is only valid for 2 years, and my bow to ***** doesn't cover the floor! It would cost about ****** to repair it! I don't have that kind of money when I'm practically paying a mortgage on my NEW boat! I can't even use it and haven't for nearly 2 years now!

    So if you are thinking of purchasing a LIV camper and live in Florida, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM RV AND BOAT OUTLET IN ****** **. Purchased a used RV from ******. The issue is once I got it home and started really checking things, what they advertised and what I got was not the same. I purchased a 2023 LIV 19bhd with ****** ***. I had been looking around trying to find one of these since this model is no longer made. I had posted on a ************** I was looking for one and she responded that they had one. I checked out the listing and like the fact it had a queen *** and larger ****** btu A/C. We had a family emergency right before we were going to pick it up, so when I finally made it down to check out the unit, I was not on my best game for making sure everything was correct. We had driven 15 hours to make it down there and had to drive 10 back with the camper. A young man stepped me through the camper and I asked again, is this a ****** btu A/C, he asked what a BTU was???? Then he went to ask ***** the owner if it was the correct model and he confirmed it was. Had a few other issues, but finally left and headed home. That weekend I finally had a chance to look the camper over and found the *** was only 54" which is full and the A/C after pulling everything off the front to see the sticker was 8000 btu. Called ****** and she told me it was sold AS-IS. I understand that, but it was misrepresented, it was not as they advertised. The only thing I was asking was a rebate of $400 so I could purchase and install myself a larger A/C. She said she had to call the factory and that is where it ended, never heard back. Either purchase from *********, ** a factory store or take a trip to ********, ** and see how the LIV campers are built, they are truly remarkable, but DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!!! No customer service after the sale and people that are not camper knowledgeable.
