I went to radiance cosmetic center at ******************************************************************************************* on February 27-2024 at 3 pm. I had one syringe of voluma and I believe it was a syringe of radiance. And I paid ********. *************************** expert injector-nurse practitioner (I am not sure if she really was a nurse practitioner) ****** recommended the voluma syringe quoting you will definitely see a difference in your face. I am a reasonable person.. but there was no difference.. except my lips , there was definitely a difference. A week went by and I saw no difference in my cheeks nor jowls .I felt frustrated so I called the radiance center and made an appointment with *************************** on March 8th at 4:30. I spoke with ****** and she said she would talk to her manager. I waited in the room for approximately 8 -10 minutes, and ****** came back to the room and said her manager was out and that she would call her. Thats when I felt really uncomfortable .as if she was being dishonest with me.. why did I have to wait 8-10 minutes if the manager was gone . *************************** came back and said her manager would contact **** has been 3 days and no response. I feel as if I was talked advantage of. I am a sales clerk and ******** is a lot of money for me, but I was promised that I would see a change. Please help me with this situation. I had my first initial Coolscupting procedure in August 2021 at the Wellington location. After completing the series, I told ***** that while my stomach and love handles went down, they still weren't as flat as I wanted them to be. She told me that I would need to purchase additional treatment to achieve my goal. The additional treatments only come as a package starting with 4. I purchase the additional packing treatments of 4 for $2599. I started the additional treatments in November 2021. After two treatments, I realize that it was not working and my stomach came back much bigger than it was before. I called and spoke to their office and told them I wasnt coming back and requested a refund for the 2 additional treatments that I will not be using. She told me that a refund was impossible since I purchased a package deal which is a discounted deal. Since I cant get a refund of the 2 unused treatments, I would like a refund for the full amount of $2599. Since I already paid with my card, they can send me a check for that amount. I have attached pictures of what my stomach looks like now and the credit card statement showing the charge as well as the payments. Thank you in advance for your help with this matter
