This company never did anything they said they would do after they received payment! Before they got their fees they were easy to access and talk to, however once they received payment I could not get ahold of anyone and they never provided any services they promised to before payment. I feel like they scammed me out of my money.Business response

Based on our research to date we have been unable to locate the biological child of **************** husband. I wish we had better news, but adoptee searches can be difficult. I do see we have answered several update requests and are very sorry if we missed some.
For this case we researched several resources including but not limited to birth records, registries and first name/date of birth searches (in case the birth name was kept after adoption.) In additional we also attempted to obtain Non-Identifying (Background) Information on the adopting family. Unfortunately to date we have been unable to locate the child of **************** husband.
At this point we can offer ******************* a partial refund so they can use the money toward the ******** Intermediary Program. This is an independent program run by the ***************** that we are unable to assist with. We can,however, provide information on how to access this program. We will send ******************* an email with instructions on this program.
