I was recently a victim of a fraudulent listing: *** * **** St, Pensacola, FL 32502 | realtor.com® The house (pictures) in the listing are not the house that is being sold. Specifically the driveway which doesn’t exist on the house being sold. I am out the appraisal and inspection fees. As a disabled veteran it is disconcerting to me that you would allow one of your members to conduct business in such a deceitful manor. Listing Agent: A. RANDY ******* - Pensacola, FL Real Estate Agent | realtor.com® Went under contract for the house on JAN24 Total lost due to fraud $1,100.00Business response

Realtor.com, Pensacola MLS, and all other sites have accurate photos of *** * **** St Pensacola, FL 32502. I believe this buyer is referencing the beginning of *** **** ** as a new construction listing. I had photos of an already built identical home with a disclaimer of *not actual home* because it was new construction. (hard to show pictures of new construction when it's just a slab). This buyer toured the ACTUAL COMPLETED home with his agent before ever going under contract. And toured it multiple times while under contract and received plans & survey of the property. There was nothing misleading about what he was purchasing. Not sure where the "misleading driveway" came from. This buyer is upset because during one of his tours a subcontractor was there explaining what “work” he had to redo because the subcontractors before him were not done right. Which is completely false. This builder is at the home site every single day to inspect all his subcontractors' work. This buyer got cold feet and wanted to cancel his contract after the conversation with the subcontractors. Myself and the builder tried to rectify the problem by meeting him at the home and explaining everything. But he refused. He sent a cancellation request for EMD and inspections money to be paid. The seller declined because he was out of his inspection period and time was wasted.
