I am writing to tell you about all that happened in condo #*** at South Beach Condos in Treasure Island ******* the last two weeks. If we would have come down for one week our WHOLE vacation would have been ruined! Fortunately, we came down for two. We are hoping that this week will be more fun and not full of repair men. This unit is managed by iTrip Vacation Rentals.These are the issues we have dealt with since arriving last Monday:Tub clogged cuz the drain was full of hair so repairman came to clean it out Toilet plugged and had to be replaced as something was stuck in it Wash machine was bouncing all over and making all kinds of noise and had to be fixed and that was 2 days of repairs The dryer vent was completely full and did not dry until I found that out The recliner appears it might break at any time Then they were sending a representative from their company on Wednesday, I believe it was, at 11 AM. 11:30 or so, we called and oh, there was a mixup and they would be here soon, so another day wasted.With all of these issues they offered us $140.00 for the cleaning fee...

We apologize for any maintenance issues this guest experienced during her stay. Items do come up, as they do in any residence, no matter how well they are inspected, as they do in my home, your home, or this guests home.
We always try to respond immediately if we possibly can, but when we have to rely on outside services, we cant fully control it. This was the cause of the delay that was mentioned in this review.
All guests have a right to post reviews of the unit in which they stayed, but the BBB website is not the place for this. We kindly request that the review not be published as it really has nothing to do with us as a business, but rather it is centered on their experience in the unit they stayed in.
The guest will receive the appropriate review requests from the booking websites for them to publicly post their experience. That way, they can express it to future guests which appears to be the intent of this review.
