On Sunday, November 7th, we test drove a vehicle that we were told was in excellent condition. The car seemed to run fine and the ac was blowing cold. We purchased the car on November 12th. Upon getting in the vehicle, the ac was blowing warm. The next day, the "Service Hybrid Charging System" light came on. The car is now stuck in the driveway. Upon trying to move the car, the brake pedal will not release properly. Apparently, freon was added to the a/c and the codes were cleared just before we test drove it. We reached out to the dealer and we were told that we bought the car "As Is" and he denied all the statements he made previously. He has refused to stand behind the vehicle that he passed off as being in "good and working condition". We paid over $11,600 for a car that won't move, a day after it was bought from AMRZ LLC. We tried to go and trade the car for one that will actually run, and were told the vehicle is only worth 7k in it's current condition. We are seeking a refund of the difference, $4695. Or - we'll gladly give the car back for a FULL refund of the $11,695.
