      Leo was my elderly mother's driver. He drove her from her rehab center to her doctor's appointment at Orlando Health Central in Ocoee. He was so wonderful showing true compassion for my mother by making sure she was comfortable and getting her to her appointment on time. He was also very personable and professional. He made my mother feel safe in his care. We will request that Leo be my mother's driver next time.

      Holiday is awesome driver. I have no problems with this company. I get to me appointment on time and come safely to the The Courtyard of Orlando on Mercy Drive in Orlando.

      Scheduled transportation for seniors from hospital to nursing was three hours late. Every phone update on the hour they said transport would arrive in 10-15minutes. Unprofessional businesses practices; DDJ Transportation asks for credit card numbers over the phone for unlimited billing and taking advantage of senior citizens who can't keep up and understand. DDJ Transportation changes the agreed-upon price multiple times for the same distance and location. Up 60% over the quoted price. The van side door doesn't close properly because the vehicle was in an accident and not repaired, so the driver stands there slaming the door multiple times until it is somewhat closed. This is unsafe and very disturbing for fragile elderly people.

      At DDJ Transportation we pride ourselves on providing best in class customer service to our customers. As the new owner of DDJ Transportation, I am deeply saddened by this customer's experience. Over the last 45 days, we have installed a new routing software to give accurate estimates of time of arrival for our drivers, transitioned to a new billing system that will provide an easier billing experience for our customers, hired a new dispatching team with dispatching experience, trained our employees on customers services/communication standards and have done extensive updates to our vehicle fleet including purchasing new top of the line Mercedes Vans for transporting our customers to and from appointments. Our mission is to always provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for our customers. After receiving this customer review, I did extensive research to understand what occurred during this customer's trip that led to an unsatisfactory experience. Although our records show us being 10 minutes late to pick-up time, we strive to be on time every time. In addition, our rates are in line with similar companies in the market. As with any other company, our rates might change due to inflation. Our payment policy is to take CC payments for the convenience of the customer but in this instance, we accommodated the customer and sent a bill to them to pay in a manner that was most comfortable to them. We value our customer's feedback and take all feedback to heart. Since taking over the company we have made drastic changes and hope these changes are evident moving forward.
