I run a fully reporting publicly traded Company, called *********************. I am not writing this because I'm trying to recover money. This transaction cost us $5,000 in cash and 10 to 20 hours of time. I am writing this, because I am really upset, deeply disturbed, at the entire Mr. Checkout Distributors, Inc. ("Mr. Checkout") method of conducting business. Obviously, this had a 0% chance of ever yielding any type of positive result - as it turned out. During May and June of 2020, my Company was notified that we would be accepted into the Mr. Checkout system. EVERYTHING I AM WRITING HERE CAN BE VALIDATED BY EMAIL EXCHANGES THAT I HAVE SAVED. Mr. Checkout assigned me an Account Manager to help us with identification of and introductions to potential distributors - for our proprietary supplement chewing gum product line. After sending a bunch of emails to this "Account Manager" over a 3 week period and never receiving a reply, I was frustrated and sent a fairly strongly worded email to both Joel ********* and Paula *****. I was then told that my "Account Manager" left the Company 2 days after being assigned to me. Of course I was never notified of that. I was then ignored for another month, until I was assigned another new Account Manager. Who proceeded to make 4 Intros to some obscure distributors. None of these distributors were ever told to expect my call and one of them asked me to ship some free samples. The Mr. Checkout team, after receiving my $5,000 wire, never put in the slightest bit of effort nor did they treat me with even the most basic level of common decency. I can see that I am not alone, in terms of my observations. Apparently, this Mr. Checkout Distributors is a scheme to trick small Companies to wire $5,000. It's absolutely pathetic. $5,000 does not really hurt my Company so badly, but that's not the point. This is a very bad intentioned group of people and I am 100% convinced that Mr. Checkout exists to primarily trick as many companies as possible, to wire $5,000. And because it's a relatively small amount of money and there is a contract (which really is based on pure BS) . . . Mr. Checkout probably feels that the can get away with keeping the $5,000 (from a legal perspective). I would expect that Mr. Checkout - for the bad karma that they bring on to themselves, will eventually be exposed for what they are. A pretty despicable group of people, who are out to harm small companies - with the goal to extract $5,000 as many times as possible (with no intent to perform any valuable service for that $5,000). It's DISGUSTING and I feel obliged to say something Seth M. ****, CEO *********************

It sounds like there has been a major misconception about our timeline. This process is not fast paced, that is why we have a 2-year agreement. It takes time to build relationships with our guys, hence it has taken us 30 years to create, keep, and manage our relationships. Perhaps this is not the business model that you may have envisioned.

This is not the outcome that we wanted at the onset of this agreement and we do our best to convey this in our agreement, through the dashboard and conversations early on. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
