Poor Customer Experience from pet care technicians, lack of public trust, and unsanitary place of business. i have been taking my pet to Semoran & 408 Pet Doc Hospital, LLC for more than 5 years and the experience has been poor, but over the years it has gotten worse with rude pet technicians and the lack of professionalism from workers who we have to trust to provide service to our pets as we pay for poor service. The doctor who owns the office is never present to deal with client issues and pet technicians disrespect clients when there are issues by rolling their eyes and hanging up on clients when they ask for the doctor who is in charge. I will be filing a complaint with the state of Florida which is responsible for the license to launch an investigation and also have the health dept. complete an inspection and background check on all associate's certificates to ensure that they are licensed to provide service. We cannot have this type of behavior from a business that is licensed under the state with poor customer experience.

While i agree the facility on Lee road is not fancy, the service from both the front desk and the medical staff was excellent. The Vet took plenty of time to explain the issues causing my dog's ear infection and was very thorough and thoughtful. Interesting too, my dog normally hates going to the Vet, but their team kept her pretty calm as opposed to the winter park one who was double the price and my dog did not like their staff. Most important, my dog is already doing better

Place looks like it is falling apart appointments are over booked so you end up waiting way over an hour after your appt time techs end up doing most of the work there and the dr that is there looks as if he really should not be practicing no longer just sits in the chair in a room and nods his head no communication nothing everything is all the tech place has really gone down hill

The experience I had with the receptionist was unprofessional and no empathy what's so ever. when my sweet dog died this week I called to ask what is my next steps, the receptionist Brittany told me to bring the dog in so they can creamate and if I can't I could just bury the dog in my backyard! She expressed zero empathy or any other suggestions. she didn't know whether I could drive there or not..she didn't bother to ask any other questions or offered any other resources. That was awful. On my previous visits, The doctor didn't get off his chair when examining the pets he really needs to retire. I would not recommend this place to anybody if they love their dog. if I could score them a zero in review I would.

If I could put a zero I would to rate this vet office. Horrible service. My 8 month puppy got neutered there and it was a complete mess. Incision was not closed properly, and when I returned back to have it closed he stapled her without any numbing solution. Next day the incision is now re opening. Don't take your dog their if you love them. Dr. K*** a******** performed the procedure. He stressed to me he has been doing this procedure for 50 years. So, I'm a little confused if he hs been doing it for so long what happened with my dog. R. K*** a******** is very old, struggles with breathing, and cannot stand without support or a chair. He need to be removed and throw in the towel.

I can't believe this company is still in business. I contacted them back in November about brining a littler of Dobermans for checkups, first shots and ear cropping. At first they accepted my business and assisted me. However when it came time to confirm appointment dates for the ear cropping, they advised me they don't do Dobermans. I was confused so I contacted them back and was advised it was a misunderstanding. On the day of the procedure this company asked me to sign off on the look we would like, in which we choose a military look. During thr procedure the vet called stating they don't offer that look and they will try to give me the look. After getting Ragnar home, we had a few concerns and was brushed off by the vet. Finally after speaking to the regional manager, the vet finally got on the phone. He was very arrogant, rude and refused to give me any references on his experience with dog cropping. Before hanging up on me, he laughed and said he cut my dogs ears based upon his head. Service to reevaluate and remove the stitches were also refused so he didn't want to finish the job I paid for. After taking him to another vet and and continuing the healing with them, I contested by disputing my Cc charge. The company responded with lying and painting a different picture. MAKING me look like I was the bad guy. This company should be shamed of them selves. Awful... just sawful. If you care about your animal, please do not bring them to this place.
