              During my stay, I encountered multiple issues that were far below the standard I expected:- The **cleanliness** of the room was highly unsatisfactory, with noticeable issues upon arrival.- There was an unpleasant **odor** in the room that persisted throughout the stay.- The overall **cleanliness of the resort surroundings** was lacking and left much to be desired.- Additionally, the **assistance from the staff** was not at the level of attentiveness and professionalism expected.-Dirty -Non response after wanting to be compensated - open to negotiation with what we have endured Not what is showcased as advertised They have not responded after I did not accept 150 for a 1400$ payment (even thought we paid double for two rooms) Would like any help in resolving I reserved two rooms asking for compensation for partial of 1. There are many more unappreciative concerns with my first time to ******** and at this resort.Given the gravity of these concerns and the lack of response, I am now requesting that the General Manager respond to this matter directly. I would appreciate scheduling a meeting to discuss my experience in detail and to address the necessary resolutions.

              I was in a presentation with a club with the representative and everything that they said was pretty much a lie. I was told this would be some type of investment. I was told that I would be able to get approved for some other form of credit that I will be able to use for payment while I fix my financial situation. I was told I would get $150 of some sort for even seeing the presentation. I did not receive that. Unfortunately, I signed some paperwork, putting me in a situation where I am not financially able to continue to make the payments with this company, but I know they’re just sitting and waiting to destroy my credit if I don’t make the payments. I have spoken with these people numerous of times and it is very evident that they do not care regardless if they’re ultimately not losing anything in the situation because they’ve gained free money which I will never get back. I’ve never been in a situation where it is very clear that the company cares nothing about the people or the situation that they put them in, I’ve never dealt with something as bad as this. Each time that I have to make this payment it’s less than I’m able to provide for my family and I’ve been trying desperately to get out of this situation. I have been paying every month and have not even thought about booking a single vacation because I just want these people to release me of this contract.
