On April 30, 2025 someone from Dynasty Vacation, called and offered a stay package for 5 adults. I asked over and over to make sure the package was for 5 people. He assured me it was. I confirmed the $300 payment via text. However when I got the email from them it said the package was good for 2 adults and 2 kids. On May 1, 2025, I reached out to Dynasty Vacations about this. I was told that it is not possible for 5 adults to stay in one room, it is only for 2 adults and 2 Kids. After talking for some time he offer me more stays. I told them that doesn't work for me and I don't want more stay, I just want a full refund. Once again I reached out to them on July 22, 2025 and spoke to *******. I asked him to send me a copy of the document that I signed. He sent me a new agreement but nothing with my signature. I told him to go through the call recording to see what was sold to me. Basically despite who is at fault this is a non refundable deal. I consider this a material change in the terms of the agreement and a misrepresentation of the service that was sold to me. I feel this is unethical and it is a SCAM.I am requesting a full refund of $300. I choose not to do business with this company. Thanks

Thank you for your feedback. We have thoroughly reviewed your concerns and want to clarify a few key points.
As stated during the recorded call, the package purchased includes accommodations for 2 adults and 2 children, which is standard for our all-inclusive offerings. Any additional adults would require an extra charge, and this was clearly explained and agreed to during the verification process.
You later disputed the charge with your bank, and as part of the investigation, we provided the bank with a copy of the recorded call. After reviewing the evidence, your bank ruled in our favor, confirming that the package details were properly disclosed and agreed upon.
We understand your frustration, but the package terms were made clear and the sale was completed with your authorization. While the package is non-refundable, we are still happy to assist you.

      Complaint: 23637092

I am rejecting this response because:

Thank you for your detailed response to my previous message regarding the booking for the stays with Dynasty Vacation Club.
The package's functionality depends on accommodating five adults in the same room. This was a fundamental requirement, clearly communicated from the start.
Although the package includes accommodation for 2 adults and 2 children, with extra charges for additional adults, the crucial requirement of accommodating five adults was not explicitly and clearly explained during the recorded call in a way that was understood or agreed to. Agreement to this was also not recalled during the verification process.
The bank ruled in your favor during the dispute, which is recognized as frustrating for both parties. However, the primary concern stems from a misunderstanding regarding the inclusion of additional adults in the package and the associated costs, not a dispute of a valid charge that was knowingly authorized.
Even though the package is non-refundable, there is still hope for a resolution that addresses the discrepancy in what was believed to be purchased and the actual charges. Potential solutions or options to move forward are open for discussion.
Thank you for offering assistance, and a response regarding potential solutions is anticipated.

      Sincerely,

      **** Rovelwala

Unfortunately, theres nothing more we can do, as your original purchase included 4 vacations, and we already added 2 extra as a courtesy. The all-inclusive stays only cover 2 adults and 2 children, with age limits varying by resort. Only the domestic vacations can accommodate all the adults in your group.

I received a call in April of 2023 from a telemarketer saying they were running a promotion on vacation packages. They were offering 2 domestic and 1 international trips, for the price of $500. It sounded too good to be true, but they said the price was discounted because I'd be required to attend a mandatory time share presentation (I had done these before). The other details was that I'd have 5 years to use the package, and that I just had to let them know 30 days in advance which property I wanted to travel to so they could begin the reservation process. Fast forward to May first of this year, I finally have some free time to travel, and I reach out through their online form to book a trip to the *******. They respond back saying that not only do I need to be a single female to book a trip to the ******* (and most of their locations), but I also have to be 30 years old to stay at any of their locations by myself! I am a man, and I was 25 at the time I was first contacted, so I wouldn't even have been old enough to utilize the service within the 5 years, or at all due to my gender. None of this very important information was relayed to me when they were taking my money. I reached out to complain via email and text, and they don't respond. It is only when I write a complaint on ****** that they respond to that. They said they would extend the time I have to use my vacation, but I don't even want to do business with them anymore due to their dishonest and deceptive practices. I just want a refund of the original $500 payment, and to go our separate ways.

      Business Response

      Date: 05/20/2025

      Good afternoon,
The package is non-refundable due to the deeply discounted rate you agreed to at the time of purchase. The age requirement for the presentation is between 30 and 75 years old. Since you do not yet meet the age criteria, weve extended your package for an additional 5 years so you can use it once eligible.
In the meantime, we can offer you a vacation certificate that allows you to travel without attending a presentation. However, you would be responsible for the resort fee and taxes owed to the resort.
If youd like to take advantage of the certificate option, please let us know.

Date of transaction 2/17/25. A gentleman called my wife's phone number, asked for me and identified himself from ******. My wife told him I was not home but I was indeed and listening to the conversation. He ended up talking her into buying a vacation package for $375. We were under the impression this was a Hilton vacation offer. He even mentioned at one point during the call that you must have some status with ******! Never during the call did they identify themselves as dynasty vacation club. It was not until after my wife had signed that we realized it was not Hilton. I called and spoke with someone named **** and he told me they do not offer any refunds and that we agreed to that. Part of my complaint is also that the contract does not have my name on it, as my wife's phone number and email address and her signature using my credit card. **** finally sent me the recording of the phone conversation but it is not the full recording obviously. It starts out with someone saying And I quote I'm calling you with some fantastic news. Corporate has submittedYou for a substantial upgrade today. Throughout the course of the call there is no mention of dynasty vacation club. They have refused to refund my money even though they did not identify who they are, you alluded to the fact that they were ****** and the recorded line does not have the beginning of the phone conversation. I would like my card refunded the $375. This company is definitely deceitful. I would attach a copy of the recording but your system will not except that file.

      Business Response

      Date: 02/25/2025

      Good morning,
Your refund request has been denied for the following reasons: During the call, our agent clearly mentioned the resorts included in the packageDreams, Secrets, Sandos, and Breathlesswhich you acknowledged. Additionally, Dynasty Vacation Club was explicitly mentioned on the call, which is why we have provided the recording.
Furthermore, the text authorization clearly states Dynasty Vacation Club, and all contracts signed by your wife also specify Dynasty Vacation Club. The list of resorts included in the promotion was emailed to you, outlining all the resorts we offer. Given this, there is no basis for confusion with ******, as all documentation and communications clearly state Dynasty Vacation Club.

Dynasty Vacations is a scam. They take $600 up front and promise 3 vacations. Yet it's impossible to get a booking. Not online, by phone, email, or text. Very scammy.

January 9, 2025, **** called from Hilton Vacation Packages to sell me a vacation package. I said call back when my wife is home. January 10, 2025 he calls back and states theyre Hilton vacation packages and then when we agree verbally to be transferred to confirm our information. My wife and I asked about ****** Tulum and he said yes we offer that, and come to find out, they do not. Its criminal how they lie about the simple things. Anyways, when we are asked to confirm our Information, they had messed up my email and it was never sent over the confirmation info. They tried to text it and make it right but its not accurate and they lied about the resorts offered. I told them also, because I am active duty military (when they tried to offer me other resorts) I said I wont be able to go and those arent the ones I desired. They lied about who they were. They didnt disclose they werent Hilton affiliated. I never formally signed the sales sheet either.

      Business Response

      Date: 01/13/2025

      Good afternoon,
After reviewing the call, at no point did the agent claim we are Hilton or that we offer **************. Your wife mentioned that you both were looking to travel to ***** and had considered ******************. In response, **** clarified that we offer other resorts in ***** and ************. The website, ******************************, was provided during the call, and it was clear this was with Dynasty Vacation Club.
The reason for your cancellation request via text was due to incorrect email information. We responded asking for the correct email, but you declined to provide it. Despite this, we sent the details to both ************************* and ************************ Additionally, the text authorization clearly states Dynasty Vacation Club, along with our operating hours and website, leaving no room for confusion with ******.
You also claimed the documents contained incorrect information, but when we attempted to contact you to resolve the issue, our calls were avoided. Due to these reasons, the refund request has been denied, as you were fully aware that all sales are final and that this package is with Dynasty Vacation Club.
You are welcome to book at any time using our website or by calling us at **************.

I am rejecting this response because:

The conversation with **** on Thursday, he introduced himself with being with Hilton Grand Vacations, then Friday, the emails are still wrong and you can hear in the voice recording we both have, I spelled it out.  I haven't received a single email.  *************** or ****************** aren't my emails, at all.

I am not sure why this has to be drug out over $470.  If your company needs it that bad, then I am not in the mood to argue.

      Sincerely,

      ******* ******

      Business Response

      Date: 01/15/2025

That is incorrect. At no point did he introduce himself as representing Hilton Grand Vacations. If that were the case, why would you respond with "yes" to the text authorization, which clearly states Dynasty Vacation Club? We also sent you a text to verify the correct email address, but it was unnecessarily turned into an issue, even though typing mistakes can happen when inputting information into the system. Additionally, the contract was provided to you via text, which you clearly received since you attached it here. When you're ready to book, feel free to call us or fill out the booking form on our website.

I received a call on November 28th, 2022 from Dynasty Vacation Club offering discounted rates on two trips to use over the next five years. My wife and I were interested and asked for where we would be able to go. We selected ********** and ***** as options as our kids are French speaking and that was the only option we were interested in, which they said was no problem. A couple weeks ago, I tried booking ********** and was told that they have a 'difficult' relationship with the resort and may not be able to arrange it. The resort would not agree with the dates we selected (dates our family can travel 4-5 months from now), so we gave up on that plan. Today, I tried to make a booking for ***** and was told that they do not have a Paris option. I asked them to refund my money if they cannot provide what was promised and agreed upon, but they responded that it is non-refundable. I understand that some things are non-refundable, but they sold me on promises of being able to use what I paid for trips to ********** AND *****, and they have failed to do either in an acceptable manner. At this point, after the experiences I have had with them, I want them to refund what I paid as they are not living up to their promises. Typical bait and switch scam where they trick people into paying upfront and then they cannot deliver.

      Business Response

      Date: 10/22/2024

Good morning, as mentioned, we can book your trip to **********, but availability is confirmed only after we submit your reservation request. Their booking system works on request, so once we send it in, they'll either confirm availability or offer alternative dates. Regarding France, when you purchased the package, we were booking for *****, but due to multiple negative reviews about the resort, we stopped offering it. Your package wasnt locked to ******, unlike **********. We did send you a list of available locations. Alternatively, we can offer a vacation certificate through a third party for France, but you would be responsible for the resort fee and tax. Let us know if you interest in the vacation certificate.

I took a call from a telemarketer representing Dynasty Marketing Group/ Dynasty Vacation Club in 2022. July 17 is when I first encountered this fraud company. I had specific vacation dates (Aug 3-7) and had already booked a flight for my son and I to ***************. Over the phone AND via messenger on FB I was confirmed and guaranteed those dates at a specific resort ****************. A week before the trip, I still had no confirmation or information from the hotel so I called. Not only had they not heard of me but there was NO reservation with that vacation group at all! I called dynasty as they scrambled to try to find somewhere for me to go telling me the reservation was pending (which you are able to cancel a reservation until its confirmed) and they accidentally gave me the wrong number and vacation group. Whole time Im thinking we are set because Ive already paid and the dates and hotel have been confirmed. Again I already had a flight. I would not have paid for any HYPOTHETICAL vacation with it being a week out. I was CONFIRMED before I paid for it. The *****, fraudulent contract is a complete bait and switch. You sign it and then get the real deal after the fact. I didnt get what was promised for the money I paid. Ill continue to dispute the charge and take it to small claims. They are incredibly unethical!

      Business Response

      Date: 09/25/2024

The resort had your reservation ready for confirmation, but the final step required you to complete the verification process, where they would call to confirm your stay and your attendance at the tour. We also provided you with their phone number so you could reach out directly to finalize the process, but you declined to do so. Normally, the standard procedure for these promotions requires 45 days' advance notice to book, but since your trip was only two weeks away, we expedited the process for you. However, when it was time for the resort to contact you or for you to call them, you refused, and as a result, the reservation could not be completed.

I am rejecting this response because: this information is false! No one tried to contact me. Dynasty told my bank that I missed the call. Now they are saying I refused the call or wouldnt wait. I called the hotel myself. They had never heard of me. Dynasty was trying to buy time to find somewhere for me and my 9 year old to go last minute because they actually hadnt confirmed anything at all! Again, if I was traveling soon, I wouldnt pay for something without a confirmation. Their response is a contradiction, if they knew I was traveling soon, why would I WAIT to confirm anything at all? What about their 45 day policy?  Please take responsibility for your fraudulent, misleading practices. I paid for what was CONFIRMED and that was not delivered! How could I trust a company like this to move forward? Im requesting a refund and next step is litigation.

      Sincerely,

      K ********

      Business Response

      Date: 09/30/2024

The reason for the deeply discounted price is the requirement to participate in the presentation. The resort will contact you directly to confirm your attendance for the tour, and we provide your phone number to them for this purpose. We also send a recording of the call to your bank to demonstrate that we fulfilled our part of the booking process. As of today, the dispute is still ongoing, and we cannot process a refund until it is resolved, as the dispute was reopened.

*****************************, you were never blocked. We sent you a text letting you know that we missed your call, and when you tried calling back, all of our agents were busy assisting other families. If you had been blocked, we wouldn't have been able to communicate with you via text. During your call with ******, you were disrespectful, but at no point did she block you. Once an agent was available, ******* reached out to you and provided a list of locations we offer. The deposit is simply a way for the resort to guarantee your attendance, which is why theyre offering an additional $50 once you attend. This issue has been resolved, and you're now booking your trip, but please refrain from insults, as we are short-staffed.

***** purchased a vacation package from Dynasty Vacation Club on July 31, 2024, via a ******** ad. The package includes two all-inclusive trips, each lasting 5 days and 4 nights, for $498. ***** agreed to the purchase and provided her card ending in 2869. To finalize the sale, ***** needed to reply "Yes" to a text authorization, which she did using her cell phone number **************.

***** requested to review the contract to ensure everything was correct and to know the details of the resort fee and tax for the *******, which were confirmed to be $29.99 per night. She agreed and signed the contract. All the claims ***** has made are false because she agreed to the purchase and was informed that a refund would only be possible if the trip could not be booked. She agreed and was ready to travel.

Yesterday, ***** messaged us stating she had a family emergency and requested a refund. We informed her that the package is non-refundable but that she has 5 years to book her trips, allowing flexibility for unforeseen circumstances.
