On December 21 ***** I ******* ****** purchase a 2018 **** Raptor for the amount of $38000 cash from PC Motor Sales LLC ********************************************* phone #************ .. For the test drive one of the sale guys was the person that test drove the truck and he drove it 1/2 mile from the dealer .first week into the purchase I notice that the car struts and shocks where damage, the leather seats in the vehicle tore The leather was dry rotted And foremost when it rained the vehicle would leak water threw the roof and threw the truck bed. I reached out to the owner ****** immediately and he promised to assistant me and make matters right since I just purchase the truck with in 1 week., in the beginning of January, I was having health issues. I lost my voice, and I felt like I was having strokes symptoms, but needless to say I had to get surgery because I had numerous of polyp and my vocal box and my esophagus I did not recuperate my voice till three months later within that time, my husband has made numerous attempt calling the owner of the dealer ****** and he would not answer specifically on Monday, May 11 due to the fact that now I can speak clearly and what Im saying this understandable and I have documentation to prove of my health issues Im asking consumer protection, please Advocate and helping me get the car fixed, I have proof that I call them within the first week of purchasing the car once ****** knew what I was calling for , he would avoid me at all cost, and no response. I recognize that the timeframe for me purchasing the vehicle at the end of December till now is the four months I have documentation to prove my health condition and the odometer on the vehicle ******* to the vehicle has not been driven. At PC Motor Sales LLC, we deeply regret that Ms. ******* ****** feels dissatisfied with her purchase. We value all our customers and take any concerns regarding their experience very seriously.
We confirm that Ms. ****** purchased a 2018 **** F-150 Raptor in December 2024. However, up to this point, we have not received any formal complaint or direct report regarding the issue mentioned in this publication.
Approximately two weeks after the purchase, Ms. ****** contacted us expressing interest in buying a second vehicle, a Porsche Cayenne. During this conversation, she did not express any dissatisfaction with her **** truck.
After this initial conversation, our salesperson attempted multiple follow-ups without success.
Some time later, Ms. ****** returned to pick up her registration documents and made no negative remarks about her vehicle at that time.
The last recorded visit occurred on Monday, May 12, when she requested to speak with the salesperson, who was not available at the moment. Again, no issue or complaint was communicated during this visit.
This unit was clearly sold under the condition "AS IS NO DEALER WARRANTY," as shown in the Buyers Guide signed by Ms. ******* At the time of purchase, extended warranties were offered, which she voluntarily declined.
It is important to note:
Ms. ****** was given the opportunity to conduct two test drives of the vehicle.
This was not a one-day sale; the purchase process took place over several days before the final payment and documentation were completed.
She also signed an additional document stating that she was satisfied with the condition of the vehicle after inspecting and test-driving it herself and accepted that the dealership held no responsibility for future issues.
We were unaware of the accusations presented in this complaint. While we sympathize with any medical or personal situation Ms. ****** may be going through, we must emphasize that no problem with the vehicle was communicated to us prior to this public complaint. I am rejecting this response because: I have made numerous attempts to reach out to the dealer ship owner Yeremi ******* ********* ,the only person involved in this purchase. When I made the call to the dealership with in weeks of the purchase to inform him of how the vehicle transmission was not shifting Correctly also mention to him about the leak of water that comes in The vehicle through the roof which has sustained water in the inside of the car, which now makes it clear why the leather seats are dry rotted and the water marks on the leather interior you can see that the vehicle has been submerged in water. Yerami promise to take a look at it but he stop answering my calls .The Carfax that this individual has furbished to me has been altered. I also have visit the dealership numerous of time and he would avoid speaking to me at all cost and would stay in the back . On my last visit on 5/12/25 staff notified him that I was there at the dealer and Yeremy had his son approached me ..a minor with a very nasty attitude. I left him my number on one of their business cards, and he never returned my call, there are cameras at the dealership They can be revised and will speak the truth of how many times I have been there, BBB need to look at the history of complaints that this dealer has of the same poor business , which is taking advantage of hard working people money . And he continues to take advantage of the next victim and is getting away with it.

The contact for our dealership is ************. This is a landline and does not receive text messages. Our calls are recorded and we have no history of the correspondence this client is talking about. Our email is ****************************. These are our only two forms of contact and we do not have any record of these messages. Please consider this is an As-Is sale and as such we have no obligation to reimburse for any repairs or maintenance after ownership is taken of the vehicle. Even so, we offered assistance a couple days afterwards to help but the client then stopped communicating. We cannot control any medical situations that may present themselves in life although we lament the clients situation and experience with their health. We are willing to provide the contact information to where the client will be able to address and resolve any issues they may be having mechanically or otherwise.That being said, too much time has passed and we are not able to offer the assistance being demanded by the client.Customer Answer

I ******* ****** am furbishing a letter of my health to prove of my health condition since December 2024. That I was left without no voice and still to this day I am continuing to get therapy to reinstate my voice back. I am also sending back a picture of what PC auto motors have responded In their last statement, contradicting themselves. I highlighted where they say that a few days after my purchase, I went to the dealership with my complaint And concerns of the Vehicle . Yeremi ******* offered assistance in helping me with the complaints that I had about the damages of the vehicle. Also, when I mentioned to them that the Carfax was altered, they were more than willing to help now their statement stating that they lost contact with me that is not correct. I specifically told them My health issue was getting worse, and my voice Was disappearing my ** advised me to not continue to put more stress on the effective vocal box he advises me to limit myself from talking . Hi ******* informed that to the Owner of the dealership Yeremi ******* and he agreed that I was going on major surgery and once I recover from my surgery that I will be coming back to the dealership to address the issues. I bought a truck from PC Motor Sales LLC on 12/9/2024 for the amount of $22229.94 both parties signed the contract and deal was made final. On 12/17/24 the business contacted me stating that there was a mistake on their end and I owe them $4720. They continued to harass me via text, phone call, and email and are stating they are going to unwind deal. This deal has already been processed and I have possession of the vehicle.Business Response

We are the victim of a possible scam.
Our only mistake was taking Mr. ********* on his word. We hate that this happened, and all we demand is what is rightfully ours. There is a clause on the buyers' contract that Mr. ********* signed that protects both parties in the event that a trade in balance is not accurate.
Mr. ********* purchased a vehicle from us on 12/9/2024 for the agreed upon price of $24999.
We provided him with a buyers order for him to submit to his lender- Suncoast Credit Union. He indicated that there was no payoff on his trade in, a Dodge Ram truck.
When we received the final draft from the lender it was shorted $ 4720. This is amount due to PC Motors.
This is the amount for Mr. ********* trade, that had a payoff with the same lender.
Suncoast redid the deal for Mr. ********** but he has refused to sign the correct buyer's agreement.
We are not accusing Mr. ********* of fraud or theft by deception, we just want the balance that due to us. His refusal to cooperate with us at any level is shows us that he wants to keep the money that is due to us. There is no mistake- it is misrepresentation on his part.
There is a paragraph in the buyer's order that stipulates Mr. ********* is responsible for any money owed on his trade.
He agreed to this when he signed the buyer's order and took delivery. His transaction has been signed with invalid information from on his part. This does not entitle Mr. ********* to illegally benefit from his misrepresentation.
We have offered Mr. ********* to return the truck and we will return to him his trade in with no issues. He has refused to work with us, and he has refused to redo his transaction with correct figures.
Mr. ********* is wanting to benefit from his misrepresentations and from our trust that we provided him.
We will be pursuing legal action to collect what is rightfully ours.Initial Complaint

On 9-23-2023 I bought a used Toyota Tacoma from PC Motor Sales LLC and paid in full with a cashiers check. I was issued a dealer paper plate that expired on 10-24 2023. I have been told the permanent plates have been mailed. But as of today I haven’t received anything in the mail. I requested another paper dealer plate, and was told it was mailed as well. Haven’t seen that one either. Although I requested it to be sent overnight that didn’t happen. Today is day 13 with no valid license plate. It’s kind of frustrating seeing where I bought it is about only a two and a half hour drive.Business Response

Mr. ****** was informed on the date of his purchase that our recommendation would be to come in and pick up his plate and registration after its date of completion. We always offer to send clients their plate via regular postal mail. While we offer this option, we are always very clear and stress to the client that sending through regular postal mail does not provide us with an ETA or tracking number of any sort and that we are not responsible for any delays or nonarrival of the plate and registration. Mr. ****** decided it would not be worth the drive to pick up his plate and registration and ultimately made the decision to have his plate sent. After confirming the recipient's address twice over, the plate was sent out immediately on the same day of its completion through the means selected by Mr. ****** as shown in the uploaded documents. Also, to clarify, the salesman advised Mr. ****** that since the official plate was already completed there was no possible way to issue a second temp tag but that he would have to check with the secretary, who handles registration and title processing, to see if there was any possible way to get around this. Even so, Mr. ****** was explained that even if this was a possibility, he would have to come in and pick up the second temp tag in order to receive it in the time frame he wanted since sending it would ultimately put both parties in the same position all over again. Mr. ****** decided to wait once again. To be clear, we as a dealership are under no obligation to SEND any plates or registration to any client. It is offered as a courtesy for those like Mr. ****** who are unwilling to make the trip back. He has taken to defaming our business on social media platforms and also with the BBB entity due to his impatience that has ultimately been brought unto him as a result of his initial decision to have the plate sent instead of retrieving it in person. We have "finished the job" as requested by ******* before this complaint was even submitted. We lament the situation but have explored all possible solutions with the client and ultimately our hands are tied.Business Response

We extend our sincerest apologies for the situation that has transpired. At the moment there is no other action we can currently take. We have already created an official tag and registration for Mr. ****** and we have also already complied with his request by sending it to the address he provided us. We would love nothing more than to issue a second temp tag and send it to Mr. ****** so that he may drive his vehicle, but unfortunately, our system does not allow us to create one being that a non temp official tag has already been registered to the vehicle. You are correct in that there is nothing more you can do, with the exception of doing what needs done in a timely manner and not wait past the allotted amount of time- thirty days. That’s where the company made a mistake which ultimately caused me to have expired tags for 15 days. In the future take care of your customers. This debacle was so preventable, by PC MOTOR SALES LLC had they only followed the thirty day law.

I bought a 2017 ram 1500 commercial vehicle from pc motors they guaranteed me a 3 month warranty for engine transmission and it hasn’t even been a week the van broke down the dealer gave me a fake warranty the busses they claim was covering me is non existent when I contact the dealer they are sayin I’m now in my own with all the issues after they guarantee 3 month warranty also the mechanic is saying it’s engine battery alternator costing more than 2k all together I put 5k down and owe the bank 16k I need this issue resolved this is fraudulent first job I used it for today and it broke down !!!! First and foremost, it is our responsibility to advise any and every client that we are an “AS IS” dealer. PC MOTOR SALES LLC does not warranty any vehicle. Ms. ***** and her husband were advised of this numerous times before, during, and after the purchase of her vehicle. All of this is documented and signed of course. Despite this, we (PC MOTOR SALES LLC) purchased and gave a 3-month warranty that covers motor and transmission by **** ********** ****. Our company has worked alongside this company for years now to warranty a large percentage of the vehicles we sell. The contract number for her warranty is ********* and the number to contact **** ********** **** is 888-335-6838. Ms. ***** insist that this warranty is fake and so is the company. She then contradicts herself by stating the company is located in Monroeville, PA and for this reason she believes the warranty is fake. What she fails to realize is that **** ********** **** is a company that operates nationwide, and the state of FL is not their main center of operations. This was also explained to Ms. *****. Despite her nasty way of speaking to our representatives, we offered to help by offering to get her a new battery and alternator. She rudely declined and demanded that we return her money back. We explained once again that this was an “AS IS” deal and we have no obligation to do so but that we are once again offering our help in her situation. Once again, she rudely declined and continued to call us a scam and threaten us with legal action. We are no longer willing to offer Ms. ***** our help at this time and insist that she review the documentation that was signed (which she has a copy of everything) and to express any concern she may have with her warranty regarding anything having to do strictly with motor and transmission.Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because: this company is a fraud and have done the same thing to others also never offered to help me I have text messages to prove how nasty they declined to help the warranty is fake I called the number 10000 of times no response also I purchase this car for work purposes mind u one week after having it stop working completely left me on foot and also they said the would not cover alternator or battery so I did myself so I can work the car worked one week after me purchasing those needs then seeing a mechanic now it stoped working again I have been non able to work for the whole month since I put 5k down my only money saved this is super unfair and injustice. As a company we are very serious and we make each of our sales based on the honesty and transparency that characterizes us since we are here.
They were shown the vehicle, they were allowed to run the numbers, the vehicle was tested, they left, they thought about it, they always decided what to do.
They were never forced, and encouraged to make the purchase, the guarantee was explained to them and it was explained to them that all sales are AS IS, they were offered help to change the battery, but they did not accept it (WE ALSO HAVE PROOF), but the most Clear of all is the document they sign before leaving the dealer.
