My original bus from ****** to ******* was cancelled. It was a bus with a first class seat and non-stop ride from ****** to *******. It cost me $44.96 They did put me on another bus in a coach seat with 2 stops though. One of the problems was the fact that I paid $44.96 for a $29.99 seat. They have the worst customer service ever! They did start a claim for me and I received a voucher for $29.99 which has a 3 month expiration date!!! I won't be able to use it and wouldn't if I could for fear I'd get another cancelled bus! I wrote to the company in ******* a month ago but have not received any reply yet. The least they could have done was to REFUND my $14.97 difference between a first class seat and a coach seat. Seems only fair to me! I would hitchhike from ****** to ******* before ever using Red Coach again. I wish I would have come here first before booking what I thought would be such a great bus ride! I arrived on time only to have the tracked key me know that the bus was over an hour late. I was fine with that. I waited. Then, the tracker went off line and came back saying that the bus left. **************** is not helpful in the least. Regardless of policy, this situation warrants a refund.Review from Yasmin B

Apparently you have to let the drivers know where you are stopping before you get to your stop and throughout the trip, which is not indicated ANYWHERE. Even if you confirm at boarding location with the driver. My driver completely passed my stop and when I noticed, he said he didnt know he had any stops there and would not go back to the designated stop, but the next one a whole city over. He also said he asked everyone, and after I said he did not, because I was not asked, he said it was my fault and screamed to ask if anyone heard him, to which no body answered. I emailed and called redcoach on Saturday and was told I had to wait till Monday. Monday night around 9 PM, I get an email that says they reviewed footage where the driver did in fact stop in *****. I emailed them a logged trip on my tracker app (Life360) that showed we did NOT stop in ***** and have yet to get a response or my money back.Review from Lola B

I’d prefer to give NEGATIVE 5 stars instead. The customer service is not there. I purchased a bus ticket thru red coach. When I arrived to the given location 10 minutes prior to departure, there was no bus. ( also paid $22 for parking in a lot) When I call right at departure I was told that the bus would be there in about 15 minutes and to wait by the Starbucks across the street ( which was not directions given during or after purchase). Called back 15 minutes later due to no bus they told me they have left. After 15 minutes on the call, she ends up hanging up. I call back and the “gentleman” let me know it was my fault that I did not find the bus. Firstly the bus was not labeled on a busy Austin TX street, secondly no bus number is given just a service number which do not correlate, thirdly the bus was on the other side of the street at a Starbucks with a different address! Yet I’ve been told over and over that it was at the correct address. Lastly I talked to a rep who said he can get me in a bus the next evening, which wouldn’t work as I had a funeral at 11 am ( also this was mentioned multiple times and they could care less that this was all for me to get to loved ones during a death in the family. Just heartless feeling from them). When asked to speak with supervisor I was told I cannot and must send an email. Which I did and got one response repeating what the rep told me. And I replied back and they still have yet to reach back out. NO SOLUTION WAS GIVEN. No voucher not even an apology, they think they are correct, and when I sent proof of info they email they can’t seem to reply back. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Take your money and run kind of people. So I’m out the parking fee, bus ticket, as well as money used to use a car and towards gas there and back.Review from doris g

Dorie Green I am a 75 year old woman who spent 7 hours in an underground garage at a bus stop at fsu saturday,because of your actions!! first of all we were an hour early,but got there 5 minutes late,because there was a big game,and all the roads to the stop blocked..we called them,and asked them to please contact the driver and have them wait 5 mis..as we pulled up,he was on his wait out!!They said next bus,7 hours away,this sick old woman sat on a metal bench waiting for a bus that never showed up!! i live an hour and a half away,my friends who brought me,went home..they never showed up!!And to add insult to injury,they asked muy niece for more money becaus it was a night bus!!! i then had to sit in fsu police station for hour,where the fsu team took me,for my own safety,because they were going home!!,,Thankfully my friends were eventually able to come get me..Dont give me this crap about being contacted,they contacted no one!! they just decided not to run that evening,and didnt come!!You owe my Niece the ticket money,you owe that to her,and an apology!!If she doesnt get it,i may very well get a lawyer,i have siezures and other problems,and could have gotten very ill there.Yall have the worst service,and customer service,i have ever seen,and you need to fix it..my name is private,my ticket number is available on request my nieces name who brought the ticket i have at home..If you dont fix this,i will be getting a lawyer,,You also owe me for the money i had to pay my friends to get to talahasseeYou either fix this,or ill get a lawyer who will! and i will be contacting better business bureau!Review from Mari R

This had to be the worst experience. So my daughters bus was supposed to be scheduled to leave at 4:30 to arrive to Tampa by 9:30. Before they even leave their destinations, the bus starts acting up. The driver takes the bus to have it serviced. They have my daughter sit in the bus for 3 hours with no explanation of what’s going on. Around 6:50 they bring another bus. Now she’s on her way back and they refuse to even stop to get them something to eat or drink. So we’re talking about 8 hours of starving and also having people thirst to death!!! What kind of experience is this? This is disgusting.Review from Edgar C

It doesn't even deserve one star. On Jun 28 I purchase a ticket from PSL to Miami Airpot. The bus just pass through and didn't stop, so I took a **** to the airport. Trying to receiving my money back, send emails, messages , ***** ****...NOBODY answer anything. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NEVER MORE !!!!!!Review from Jack T

First leg from Gainesville to Orlando was great. New bus, comfortable seats, wonderful driver, and on time. Changed to a much older bus in Orlando with an unsympathetic driver and very poor A/C. Heat was hard to deal with in 95 degree heat. Second bus was a disappointment and really dragged down the rating.Review from John P

The bus is very comfortable. My wife and I took a ride from Fort Lauderdale to Sarasota on May 28 morning. I have never come across a psychopathic driver in my 71 years of life. In Fort Myers, I went into the Seven Eleven to get a drink ( about 3-4 minutes). As I came out of the shop, I saw the bus already picking up speed. I as well as other passengers & bystanders tried to alert the driver that I was running to the bus. In the meantime, my wife got out of the bus, looking for me. All our luggage ( including passports, cell phone etc) were in the bus. Nothing mattered to this driver. For him, it was not a ' rest stop'. Somehow, my wife and I managed to scramble onto the bus. In the meantime, another young lady begged the driver to wait one minute for her friend to come back from the rest room. He refused. With no other options, this young lady asked him to let her out of the bus. He practically ' dumped' her. T wrote an email to Red Coach customer service and after 8 days, did not receive any response.
