After Ben left from working in this business this place has gone to hell. This new guy Bob that handles the front office billing is a crook. He told us one amount the repairs would cost but then hit us with an invoice with a way higher price. Leaving us no choice to pay or he would not release our truck. This is no way to keep your customers. Prior from this $1300 repair we spent 25k for repairs here but now they will no longer have our business. Hope others do there research before dealing business with this guy.

Rosa, no trucks get release without payment, I do remember us having a hard time collecting from you on the 25k repair your truck sat here for weeks and we didn't charge you storage, You told Bob that because You spent 25k here this other repair should have be free and or that it had something to do with the 25k repair which it didn't. Bob not only tried to accommodate you but he also discounted the labor hours for you which you thanked him for and seemed very pleased that he got you back on the road quickly. Your truck came in with an issue that needed diagnostic hours and those were charged accordingly. Your Comment about the shop gone to hell I find it very ironic to see that verbiage from someone that has IN GOD I TRUST on their windshield, After we parted ways with Ben the shop actually flourished and grew with more and more happy customers, we wish all the best with any shop you chose to use for your repair needs, If you ever find that you were wrong we are here to help. First off we had no problem paying the $25k and it definitely didn't sit there for weeks. Second I never told Bob the $1300 job should have been free. I have no problem paying for work being done to my trucks,but do expect to pay the amount that we verbally agreed on not more than discussed. I've spoke to some of your workers and they stated differently about your customers since Ben has been gone which is not happy customers but that's actually not my business. Oh and Bob tells me this is how much the part cost from the dealer but when I actually call the dealer myself for pricing they tell me a way cheaper price sounds like someone is being a crook anyone could see that. Well as my logo on my truck states In God I Trust that's right In God I Trust that when someone does wrong to others God will handle it accordingly. To the actual owner of this company I hope you are not involved of my truck clutch line being cut once my truck was moved from your premises to outside your gate for 1 hr that it was left there and I returning with driver to move but came back to find clutch line cut and clipped with Vice grips. Hope the person had gloves on to cover those fingerprints. I reached out today to speak to the company owner about this issue and Bob stated I wouldn't hear from the owner so no problem I'll handle this matter accordingly with the police and the court. I am not sure what your problem is to be honest you keep making up things along the way, please do what you do best and we will handle what ever we need to handle with the authorities. We have cameras and I can play the footage with audio to BBB to show how you acted asinine and what was said, BBB I need to depute this false report from a disgruntled customer.
