I received a call from Premier Resort Services, LLC around April 3, 2025. I was informed I had 6 available weeks that I could sell because they claimed they had corporate businesses ready to book. She said they would be paying at least $1600 per week. The activation fee of $1995. They guaranteed the sale. I called after the 90 days and received an email offering to continue my listing with no extra charge. I called again today, Julu 10th, 2025 for a refund since I feel as though I am being scammed. They are refusing to refund.Business Response

I was called by a phone number with "Wyndham" in the title so I answered it since I own with Wyndham. It was Premier Resort Services and they told me about a fantastic offer for me to allow them to rent my unused RCI weeks. I was told I have six weeks to use and since I was not going to use them I went along with it. They charged me $300 for each week for a total of $1800. This call and charge was on Feb 13, 2025. They told me they guaranteed me success by May 13. I heard nothing. So I called on May 19 at 0921 CST and was told I missed the 90 day period and my rooms were not rented but I could hear other sales people in the background selling the same offer to others even after they did not rent my units. After my discussion they agreed to "market" my rooms for another 90 days. I have heard nothing from them. I have repeatedly called them on May 21, June 23, June 24 and June 25. They refuse to talk to me or refund my money. I have all of my calls documented with who I talked to or left messages with and when I called. I was sold the weeks by ****** ******** and ******* *****, now when I call back to the numbers given me when I signed up I am repeatedly told they have never heard of these people. I would like a full refund of my $1800 and for them to never call me again. I have left messages with ******* and she says she is just an admin and can only answer calls and take messages. I have also talked to ****** ****** who was very rude, and ****. Every time I call there is a message saying this call is being recorded and I wish someone had the money to take them to court and fine them heavily to prevent this scam from happening to other people. I should have known this was too good to be true but I guess I am too trusting. Thanks for your help in getting my $1800 back. I have attached my introductory email from Premier Resort Service.Business Response

On Apr 3, ******* ***** was contacted by Premier Resort Services via phone, offering a partnership with *** in marketing/renting properties that supposedly were deposited with INTERVAL ************************************ has stated that they do not offer any such free weeks to any parties. ******* was impressed with the authoritative statements made by the caller. He was told that he could realize a profit of $8000 this summer . He did not have a copy of the contract with *** because he has Adult Macular Degeneration and does not read, therefore was not able to use the computer to which the email document was sent. *********** has since provided him with a copy of the signed document. *** has this signed document and a recording of ******* and ****** ***** agreeing to what ******* now believes is a scam. ******* was heavily pressured over a two day period, including 3 separate phone calls, convinced and cajoled to charge $2240 to his **************** card. When he realized that this was an untruthful offer, he asked *********** to withhold the payment to *** and has asked PRS to refund/retract that amount. *** refuses to consider this request , stating that an agreement was signed. On 6/24 PRS Representative ****** haughtily refused *******' phone refund request and hung up on him. This whole scheme that is promoted by *** is based on the falsehood that ******* ***** is eligible for 6 free resort weeks that will be marketed to corporations and private entities wishing to attend conventions and conferences as employee incentives. ******* made this decision after being subjected to heavy pressure over a 2 day period. Some would say that being 87 years old placed him in a vulnerable and naive position.Business Response

On 4/8/24, I was called by a salesman for Premier Resorts. His name was ******* *******. He said I had 6 weeks of Getaway time share availability to rent out to corporations. He said he had already had interest in my weeks and could rent these for $1500 to 1800 per week. I had to sign a contract and pay $2,495 for this service. The implication was that is was a done deal. I would easily be able to rent these weeks out. There was a demand. There would be a phone number I could contact him or the company. A monthly newsletter. It all sounded legit. Since then, I have not heard from anyone. I received a couple of newsletters and then they stopped. When I have called, I usually have only been able to leave a message. They have not returned my phone calls. The few times I been able to talk to a person, they claimed they called me back. I never received a message and their phone number never appeared on my phone. So it would appear they simply wanted my $2,495 and they were done with me. I would like a full refund.Business Response

It's interesting that Premier Resorts responded to this and offered to pay me a partial refund. I had specifically asked for that from the company itself and they said they would not do this. After looking at the BBB site and reading the many complaints filed against Premier Resorts and seeing that they all seemed to have a resolution, I proceeded with my complaint.
I believe I would not have received this resolution on my own.

I received a call from Premier Resort Services, LLC, in March of 2025. They claimed that I had 6 available weeks that they could rent out on my behalf. According to the representative, they had customers waiting for inventory because they had seminar attendees awaiting suitable property. They also assured me that renting out my property would be almost immediate once the agreement was finalized. They assured me that I could receive $1800 per week if I was willing to pay the fee of $2499. According to the representative on the phone, the entire process would be completed within 90 days. As the 90-day **** approached, I became concerned and started calling the company and receiving a completely different answer. On repeated phone calls, they say that the minimum turnaround time was 90 days and that at each 90-day ****, I would have to communicate that I wanted to remain in the program. They also denied ever telling me that they had customers waiting for inventory. They continued by telling me that I agreed to everything they said when I signed the agreement form. To be clear I was on the phone with them as they explained the agreement form. They DID NOT read and or explain the agreement form in the manor that it is accually written. I have asked for a refund and have been denied. I would like nothing more then this company to fullfil there portion of our agreement by renting out my timeshare weeks. However, after the misrepresentation and denials on their part I feel like this company is scamming timeshare owners and holding out until they forget to renew at the 90 **** leaving people with no timeshare weeks, no return, and no refund of initial investment.I have no interest in complicating anyone's life or business. I want either my properties reimbursed at the rate I was promised now, since they have exceeded the promised 90-day timeline, or an immediate refund.Business Response

I was contacted by *** in January 2025. The person claimed to be a person working for ***, a company I do have contracts with, offering to resell my unused vacation weeks. They transferred me to someone else making it seem really official, when they said they were actually PRS. I entered into the agreement with ***, and they have failed to uphold their end entirely. *** violated their own service agreement, constantly stringing me along, and failing to provide information required of them on the service agreement. I have contacted them repeatedly and get sent to voicemail, I left a complaint two months ago that was meant to be escalated to management, I never received a call back, and am constantly told to call back. I tried handling this civilly, without involving the BBB, but *** has left me no choice. I want my money back.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: The business has not left me messages. They responded to my email with a very generic response. They did return a call once and left me a number to call back, and when I spoke to someone they told me they are still working on it, which is not true because they have taken my money and *** says that they have not purchased any of the weeks which I paid them to buy and resell
Sincerely,
**** ********below is they email they send me - they have sent the identical email every time i call or email them for the last few monhts. - I want a refund or a sale, it has been almost 5 months and they said it would be 3 months.

I just called again and was able to get the call elevated. I spoke to someone who told me she could not help me because I already contacted the BBB and that it could end up hurting me getting a refund. I also see this company has had their license revoked and has 58 complaints.
She said they did own the weeks and had been marketing them and that after ******************************************************** however, I spoke to someone after the date she said they were reverted and they told me the listing was still active and they are still working on selling the weeks. They are supposed to have someone call me back from the mediation department either today or tomorrow and I am not sure if it will happen, and I will look for the call. Very shady practices.

I received a call from **** with Premier Resort Services, LLC on January 20, 2025. She claimed that through my timeshare and *** I had 6 available weeks that I could sell because she claimed they had businesses waiting to book weeks for events. She said they would be paying at least $1800 per week in exchange for my activation fee of $2499.
