This company for years has never done anything to resolve my Timeshare exit after it was assigned to them. I originally paid ******* in 2018. I had to settle myself with the company for ******* So I am seeking a fair resolution of 5500.00.Now they don't even respond.

Approximately 2 years, I reached out to this company (they were recommended by the timeshare exit company that I used to exit a timeshare that was sold to me that was misleading). The request was to clear the charge off on my credit report by the timeshare financial company. When I reached out, I was told it will take 90 days for a resolution. To date, it has been approximately 2 years and still nothing. I reached out to Priscilla several times, and the generic response is 'the credit department is working on it.' This is increasingly frustrating as I had several financial situations that I needed to take care of (like refinancing my mortgage) and because of that charge off on my credit, I am not able to get it done. This has become extremely frustrating and I'm tired of the generic responses.

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond to this complaint. We do not handle credit repair in our office. We work with a third party company that we refer clients to if it is needed. We also can not make any guarantees or give specific timeframes for resolution for things like this as again this is not a service that we offer within our office.

      Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:
Why wasn't this explained to me when I signed up.  I was not told that a third party would be employed to resolve this issue.   When I queried the status was told the "Credit team working on it"....not another company or a third party is working on it.  This information should have been provided upfront and as I indicated....I was told 90 days...and it is now over 2 years.  This is not acceptable.
      Sincerely,

      ********* ******

Thank you for allowing us to respond to this complaint. We did advise this client that credit service is provided by a third party in our welcome email. This client included a screenshot of the welcome email in this initial complaint. The credit team is working on her file and we will update her once we have confirmation that this issue has been resolved.

I paid a total of $2,800 (2 timeshare mortgage releases at $1,400 each) to Orlando Ventures (verified as received by them October 2021), plus another $150 processing fee to remove the credit hit due to the termination of my timeshare contract with Bluegreen Vacations. My case manager from Orlando Ventures name is *********************************, and all I receive from her is random email correspondence (mostly automated email responses stating out of office) and nothing but false promises with no action to show for credit hit removal after 1+ years of payment made to provide their services. I was told originally that normally action time is 3 to 6 months (emails to prove), however now after reaching 1+ years and no progress I would like a refund of my money due to no service provided. My credit hit due to my timeshare cancellation is reaching the point where normal timeframe would have removed the timeshare credit hit on its own rather than paying Orlando Ventures and having not received any satisfactory action from their services.

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to reply to this complaint. We did not collect $2800.00 from this client. This client paid $150.00 for credit repair through our third party partner. This clients credit file is actively being worked on by the third party credit team we utilize. Should this client have any other questions, we would encourage him to reach out to his contact directly.

We were promised a timeshare cancellation that has not occurred. We paid this company about $5500 in March 2019 to have our timeshare canceled and it did not happen. We were told to stop payments to the timeshare and ignore them. At first they worked with us sending basic letters that we were supposed to mail to our timeshare. They insisted that we should not pay our regular mortgage payment or the maintenance. We would have enough contact to keep things going. Whenever I mentioned that we received a letter from the timeshare they had me send it to them and crafted a response, which we took care of sending. They eventually stopped responding to email and phone calls and I have not been able to get in contact with anyone. This is on our credit report and hurting our credit. In addition we are still paying Orlando Ventures for this service, which they are clearly not providing. Not only are we not out of the timeshare but we we paid Orlando Ventures $5k and we still owe the timeshare $5k and our credit is affected.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/16) */ Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to reply to this complaint. We were able to communicate with this client prior to receiving the the complaint from the BBB. For clarification, Mr & Mrs ******** paid our company $1600.00 to help them alleviate the financial burden of their timeshare. While their case has been completed, we understand that the timeshare has affected their credit score. We work with a third party credit company that will be able to help the ******** and we have sent them out the information. We would encourage the ******** to reach out to us directly should they have any other questions. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/08/19) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) We were not informed when we purchased this service that there would be an additional cost to complete the process/remove any adverse affects. We did speak with Orlando ventures the other day, at which time we were instructed that we must pay yet another fee to make this right. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/08/31) */ Credit repair is not something we have every handled internally. We refer clients to a third party company, who has a separate fee. Again, we would encourage this client to contact us directly should she have any other questions or concerns.

Orlando Ventures, INc. was supposed to handle the returning of deed and getting some benefits back for my family from 1-******* Orlando Celebration Resort & 2-***********'s Holiday Hills Resort in Branson, Missouri We contracted for them to do this at a combined cost to my family of over $3000 (plus years of correspondence they dictated me to write for them on their behalf to put some pressure on *********** Resorts to settle or except deed back) . The contract date was in January 2019 or thereabouts . The ******* Contract was turned over to a Springfield, Missouri based law firm--Tom Norris. We were on our way to settle with the ******* Orlando Celebration Resort -- who also had promised to give us 9 vacation vouchers as a side benefit to returning the deed. However, ***************** has stopped answering my phone calls and no written settlement arrived in my hands at all. This was over a year ago. The ************************* contract was never handled properly. I wrote over 7 letters on Orlando Venture's recommendation (or recommendation) and OV had a few contacts with *********** Resorts in Orlando over the years. However, at the end of last year OV stopped even trying to work out a deal and a release of deed. I was informed in an email that I should contact *********** Resorts in Florida and work out an agreement on my own with ***********. I have tried to contact *********** but phone tag is the rule of the day. I called OV several times over the years but rarely could get through to a live person--and they have not answered phone calls from me for over 20 months. (They seem to do business only by email.) The agent who handled my emails does not answer my queries either in 2022.

I began working with Orlando Ventures, Inc. in April 2017 ******************************************* I paid around $3500 thinking they were going to release me from the timeshare contact, instead it went into foreclosure which I could have let happen on my own without paying them and going through the smoke and mirrors of them doing things to make it look like they were releasing me from the timeshare contract. After they said they could clear my credit for an additional $150 and it would take about 90 days. This was February 2021 and I was told my credit should be clear by May 2021. Because of covid lockdown I was later told things were delayed and the time got extended to July, then September, then they stopped giving me a date. The woman I was working with was always responsive when I emailed for updates and would say they are just waiting for the credit bureaus to completely remove the foreclosure and negative ratings from my credit. All communication from the company unexpectedly stopped in February 2022. I have sent at least 6 emails with no reply other than an auto response saying she is out of the office and will reply as quickly as possible, which almost 5 months later hasn't happened. I have also called customer service, which in the past I was able to talk to a live person, now it only takes voicemail and of the 4-5 messages I've left, none have been returned. I would like this company to start responding and finish the job of completely clearing my credit as promised, or I want a full refund of $150 + $3500 because they have not cleared my credit of the foreclosure that happened when they should have released me from the timeshare contract as promised.

In February of 2019 I entered into an Agreement for Services with Orlando Ventures, Inc, DBA HELPING TIMESHARE OWNERS. In good faith I paid $1600 for help to facilitate and complete a favorable outcome of the timeshare/membership agreement. I was given a 100% guarantee of a favorable outcome within 365 days with Mr. Bill H*****/owner or I, as the client, would get 100% of all fees paid returned. Ms. C******* was the person from Orlando Ventures assigned as my contact. She helped me with letters to Holiday Inn Club Vacations. At first, I heard from her about once a month. However, we are nearly half-way through year three and nothing has happened. I emailed Ms. C******* concerning lack of progress. Her excuse was that Covid 19 had brought the travel industry to a standstill. Then, on March 10th of 2022 I received a letter from Ms. C******* saying I should contact Holiday Club Vacations for help with my time share moving forward. Holiday Inn Club was the company with which Orlando Ventures was helping me solve my issues. Shortly after that I received a copy of a lawsuit ruling from Holiday Inn Club Vacations. The letter stated that the Orlando Ventures company lost a lawsuit and can no longer act on my behalf. So, not only do I not have a favorable outcome, but Orlando Ventures has been forbidden by law to work with me in an effort to dissolve my contract with Holiday Inn Club Vacations. I feel Orlando Ventures owes me my $1600. I would like for them to refund my money. I have attempted to reach Ms. C******* via email in the last couple of months with no success. I wrote a letter to Orlando Ventures. I have not received a reply.

We began this process March 9, 2019, with ********** Settlement company. We have paid a lot of money to eliminate our timeshares, a total of $22,200.00; $16,600.00 to ********** Settlement company and $5,600 to your subsidiary company**********. In addition to the fees mentioned above, we were told all maintenance fees had to be paid current for 2019, which was done. December 2020, we started corresponding to Orlando Ventures another subsidiary company. We have complied with all the requirements requested by this company. Which included sending them copies of all correspondence received from *********** Country Club and forwarding eleven certified letters, written by them, to *********** asking them to terminate our contract. Our contracts have not been terminated and we have not received our money back has originally promised. Now, we have received a letter from Orlando Ventures informing us to contact************ Club Vacations and let them know we are a Helping Timeshare Owners Customer. There was no further explanation given and no response to our email asking for an explanation. We were promised termination of our contracts or a full refund of our money. These companies are fraudulent. We want termination of our contracts, credit repaired and or a full refund.

On May 9, 2019, my father signed a contract with Orlando Ventures (an affiliate of CHI Helps & Helping Timeshare Owners) to process a Voluntary Surrender of the timeshare condo he and my mother purchased in the 1990's. He was charged $1569 by Orlando Ventures (aka Helping Timeshare Owners-processed the charge) and $6620 by CHI Helps. ($8189 total). The reason he signed the contract was to terminate his timeshare agreement and be relieved of any future financial responsibility for maintenance, insurance, or taxes. On June 25, 2019, he received confirmation from Orlando Ventures that all necessary documents had been received and that they had begun the process to liquidate his ********************************* ownership and it could take 6-18 months to complete the process. To date, Daddy still owns the timeshare and he is continuing to pay the ever-increasing monthly fees for something he cannot use. He is 86 years old and can't travel due to health issues. My sisters and I do not want the timeshare, even though our parents thought it would be good to include us on the deed and pass it on as inheritance after they pass on. The contract Daddy signed with Orlando Ventures says they offer a 100% money back guarantee if they are unable to terminate the timeshare contract, which is what our preferred outcome would be. But if that is not possible, my father would like his money back! If someone from Orlando Ventures would like to contact me, I would be happy to work with them toward an equitable resolution. I have all the supporting documentation and can provide it later. Daddy cannot handle this transaction, since he is hearing impaired and can't communicate well by telephone.

Transaction Date: 6/28/2019 I am filing so late because I have been trying to get the refund from my credit card company. Amount of money: $2500.00 Business Commitment.: Their contact states that Orlando Ventures will assist me with a favorable outcome in cancelling my timeshare. The contact states that they will work vigorously to recover the monies I had invested in the timeshare. I am still receiving default notices on the time share 1/14/2021, 2/24/2021. These letter states that my timeshare is not canceled and is going into foreclosure because of nonpayment. When I received the last letter I sent copies of the letters, return letters receipts, copies of email to my credit card company. They replied I should reach to Orlando Ventures. I did reach out to Orlando Ventures. I received the reply mention above their two letters got the timeshare cancelled. Which we know is not true because I have both letters in my possession. I have not received a favorable outcome from their efforts. I emailed Orlando Ventures and asked them what assistance did they give me for a favorable outcome. Orlando Ventures replied, the two letters they gave me was the reason the timeshare was cancelled. They gave 2 letters that had typos which I corrected before sending them out. When the first letter was returned to me 8/20/2019, I reached out to them and asked them for a refund. Which was denied. They told me I had to wait a year before a refund could be given and gave me a different address to send the letter to. I was told not to make my monthly payments. I sent the second letter and it was returned also 11/19/2019. When I informed them of this, I was told not to worry about it and was reminded not to pay my monthly billing. When the first letter was returned, I put in a dispute with my credit card company. their replied was, wait a year. When I received a letter of default on 2/13/2020 I sent copies of the letter, return letters receipts, copies of email to my credit card company.
