    Refund or new set Although I am very excited to give this gift to my father, for the amount of money that my brother and I paid, I am disappointed in the quality. There are air bubbles underneath the **************** helmet decals, and the velcro strips are peeling off the underneath of the board already. Can you please propose a solution to this? Either send a replacement set, or refund all or a portion of our money, please? Our father has been a **************** fan his entire life, we all don't have a lot of money, but we knew how meaningful this gift would be. With our expectations being so high of this purchase, our disappointment is proportionately large.

    Shady business practices. They increase the shipping charge when you add a discount code. Same product shipping to the same address. Price was $10 without the discount code. Adding the discount code and they increased the shipping to $12.65. So basically almost negating the full discount you get for signing up for texts and emails. Won't be ordering from a company engaged in this type of bait & switch.

    I have conducted multiple purchases (3) of Premium board sets with Victory Tailgate. One unfinished board set, and two Licensed NFL Board sets, The quality has been fantastic each time! The variety of options is incredible and communication from the team at Victory Tailgate has always been pleasant and quick to respond. I had not initially intended so many board set purchases, however, many friends have been jealous of the product quality, and have requested I help get their own boards and finish them with a few add-ons like LED lights, scoreboards, handles, and travel cases.. I am happy to continue ordering through Victory Tailgate! as a loyal customer and will always recommend them to everyone interested.
