I contracted with Superior Screens & Pools to install gutters and to screen in my lenai. They were each installed on separate days in September, 2022. After installation I sent Viktoriya payment. During Irma we noticed an issue with a downspout. I took pictures and texted them to her asking for someone to come out to my house. I also noticed that black caulking was missing in a section where you can see daylight from where the screen is attached. I am also having issues with the screen door. Again, I sent her pictures of everything back in October, 2022 and never received a response. We have called and texted about the issues and no response. When Viktoriya did pick up the phone she would say oh please resend the photos, in which we did many times. She told my husband on December 16, 2022 a ticket was open for an appointment and then she texted on December 28, 2022 that we are still in line for the appointment. Again we have not heard from Viktoriya with any updates or how long it will take to get an appointment to have someone come out to the house and fix the issues. All we want are for the issues to be fixed. We are going on 3.5 months since initial contact with the company regarding the issues. My husband and I have every text message we ever sent regarding the issues.
