    I ordered a food trailer to be built by One Fat Frog. They explained that it would take 16 weeks to be built. I would pay half of the money up front to begin the build, and the remaining half would be paid in intervals. I made my scheduled payments but never received my food trailer. After failing to receive my food trailer, I attempted to get a refund because there was always an excuse or delay that would cause my food trailer to be incomplete. One Fat Frog would constantly tell me that everything was okay and that they would meet the deadline but would never send a photo of the current status of production. When a deadline would pass, weeks would pass without this company reaching out with an update. Once I finally called for an update, they would provide me with another excuse. They refused to refund my money and claimed they hadn't breached the signed contract. As of April 2025, I have yet to receive a refund or my food trailer.

    I, ************************************ *****, represent *************************** Investments, LLC. We engaged in a business transaction with this "company" for the manufacture of a food truck, totaling $36,210.00, which was paid in April 2023. After over a year of deceit and excuses from the company, they filed for bankruptcy on May 28, 2024, citing extensive debts under case number 6:24-bk-02620-LVV in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, ******* Division.This complaint is being filed initially to seek assistance in achieving justice for the affected parties. On August 7, a Master Hearing will be held in Courtroom 6 of the Bankruptcy Court in ******* at 10:00 am to hear arguments regarding the transition from Chapter 11 to Chapter 7 of the law. It is also an opportunity for all of us to unite against this company, which, I must responsibly assert, is on the brink of fraud. If anyone is interested, they can contact me at ********************** Perhaps we can join forces to establish a collective claim. Naturally, this invitation applies to those who have been affected. The company has closed and refuses both to refund the money and to deliver what was promised.

    One Fat Frog has stolen the dreams and life savings of hundreds of families. They failed to delivered the product that was paid for and are now seeking to file liquidation making life savings return of $500 compared to the $50,000 that was paid for their food trucks. Please help us find a way to get our investment out of this scam.

    The transaction was 09/07/2023 by the purchase of a food trailer, as is described in the attachments. Clicklease financed me 20,000$, minus $500 transaction fee was acredited in seller account $19.500. After that i gave a down payment of $5.000 and then $1,065 due a i added a cylinder gas of propane. The agreement was i would receive my trailer in 20 weeks after the sign the contract. We are on the week number 40 and nothing!!! Nor trailer, or money back. No response, or e-mail, or call phone. The last time i was there, at their facilities, was closed!!!

    I purchased a food truck and refrigerators stop working 9 mouths after oven not working and out side light falling off. Been trying to contact them since Aug 2023 and still no response. No phone numbers are working and Im from ** far from them. I tried getting it fixed myself and they refund me back once I reach them, no one have the parts only them.

    One Fat Frog has a very robust warranty that is one year in duration. Your warranty expired nearly 2 years ago. Your complaint event states that One Fat Frog worked with you while you were under warranty and provided you a reimbursement for repair costs that you incurred during the warranty period. I fail to see the propriety in filing a BBB complaint in this matter. It appears that the company did everything that it promised you it would do.

    made one of my most important purchase of my life and obtained a payment plan with one fat frog. i made my payments as accordantly and when it came time to pick up the food truck with one fat frog. their office was moved, and their phone line was disconnected. **** disappeared. now we are out ****** in hard earn money and no food truck. pure fraud, i dint think that's very fair. we would like to find some sort of resolution, where i can refunded and to bring awareness to others about situations like this,

    Yo me dirigi a One FAT Frog *** localizado en **************************************, ******* la compra de un food truck el 08/23/2022 con la promesa de que el vehiculo iba a estar listo para ser entregado en noviembre de presente a#o, el vehiulo fue pagado en su totalidad mediante un financiamiento con la compa#ia ******************** el cual yo sigo pagando. One Fat Frog no me ha entregado el vehiculo siendo que ya han pasado mas de dos a#os desde que lo compre y he tratado de comunicarme con ellos en diferentes ocasiones y no me dan *** respuesta, de cuando va estar listo, despues de un tiempo dejaron de contestar el telefono del todo, yo quisiera que ellos hicieran un reembolso del dinero ya que esto me ha afectado mis finanzas ya que no he sido capaz de usar esta herramienta de trabajo para generar ingresos

    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against One Fat Frog, Incorporated, under the ownership of ***************************. The company is located at ***********************************************************************************************************. Despite my full compliance with the payment terms of our contract dated August 4, 2023, they have failed to deliver the mobile kitchen, which was contractually promised within 20 weeks of agreement execution. This failure has significantly impacted my business operations and financial health.I have made numerous attempts to resolve this matter directly, including a formal demand letter sent on [Date of Certified Mail], but to no avail. The company has not completed the project, nor have they provided a satisfactory response or solution to compensate for the delay.I seek the BBBs assistance in mediating this dispute to reach a fair resolution.     May 2022 I signed a contract with One Fat Frog to purchase and build a 10ft mobile food trailer. A portion of the balance has been financed with ********************** I paid $10,000 out of pocket the remaining balance to Click lease monthly. After th eout of pocket portion being paid the trailer was suppose to be completed. After approval of graphic design for the wrap, a pick up date was set for April 04, 2023. Pick up date was pushed back due to other orders. Months went by with many emails and calls and no communication from our representative ****. October 5 2023 she responds back stating more delays & supply chain issues. and she would reach out with a timeline and pick up date. It is now May 20th 2024 and we still do not have the mobile food trailer we paid for and no one is communicating with us with updates as to why? I really need some help with matter! I want the product we paid them to make or they can refund me the money I paid out of pocket to them and for the $2,200 generator we paid for and had shipped to their company to be put on the mobile food trailer. After seeing a recent news story by FOX 35 News Florida in March 2024, I knew it was time to file a complaint along with the many others who are having the same problem with this company. I need help to make this company accountable for the actions and failure to produce the product paid for. The process was only take 16 weeks after paying our portion to them. It has now been 2 years! I want my trailer or they can give me my money back.
