    I bought a 3 door kitchenaid fridge on May 22, 2023 for $695. I got the fridge home, inside, and let it sit for 24hrs before I plugged it in. It wouldn’t cool at all, so I called the company, they said I had to bring it to them(1hr drive) and that they wouldn’t send someone to me because I picked it up. I decided to take the fridge back to them, and they said to come back in 3 hours and they would have repaired it. I came back in 3 hours and they said they needed 4 more hours… after I had already wasted a bunch of time and gas. They then offered to deliver it(FOR A FEE) after wasting my time and money, and I talked them into delivering it free. It was delivered a few days later and again, waited 24hrs to plug it in and it cooled a little but wouldn’t get to the set temp. I called them and they sent a technician to my home, who watched YouTube videos on how to fix it, couldn’t figure out how to fix it, and then left the fridge completely torn apart in my kitchen. I had to clean up after they left and call the company. They said “we can’t repair it so we’ll exchange it, bring it back here and pick another one.” They only had 5 door kitchenaid fridges(matches the rest of my kitchenaid kitchen) that they said they would exchange if I paid the $200 difference. I told them I couldn’t bring it back and after arguing back and forth for a month without a fridge and using a cooler, I talked them into bringing me a temporary fridge until they got another 3 door kitchenaid in similar condition. It is now July 28 and I called them to check if they had one and their response was “it’s not my problem, you have a fridge. One shows up when it does, and then we will call you and you can come pick it up”. I told them months ago that I wouldn’t be able to pick it up, and they are saying they won’t deliver it. A complete waste of my time and money. Now I have a fridge worth $200. Other reviews have had similar experiences with buying high end appliances and ending up with cheap ones.

    Paid Payless Deals, LLC $750 for a refrigerator on October 3rd, 2022. As with all their transactions - no credit card or check is accepted - only cash or Zelle. Their appliances come with a bogus 60-day guarantee that is totally meaningless. As with the other complaints, the fridge was broken, they made every excuse to avoid me, and finally replaced it with an 11 year old fridge that was also broken. I am taking them to small claims but I don't expect them to every attempt to pay me. They are shysters who make their living from ripping people off and making promises they won't keep. They are the worst type of businessmen, because they cheat people who can't afford to buy new appliances and are left in worse condition than they started. In the pre-trial, someone who didn't speak English showed up and claimed to be Emelio. He was not Emelio because Emelio spoke English. They will pull anything. Disgraceful.

    I purchased a used washer that was guaranteed to be in good working condition. Came with 60days labor and parts warranty from this company. They would only accept cash app or Zelle payments. They have many different profiles on FB posting their advertising. The washer doesn't work and they won't return our calls or messages. They only accepted Zelle and cash app for payment so I can't even go to my bank to dispute.

    Purchased a refrigerator on August 9, 2022 via FaceBook Ad. First did the bait & switch on the model I originally wanted but offered another. Delivered at 10:00 pm in the dark. Refrigerator stopped cooling the week of October 1st, 2022. Sent message to salesman via FaceBook messenger letting him know there was a problem. He responded and said to look at receipt and call that number. I called them on Monday, October 9, 2022. Asked for pictures which I submitted the following day. Have been giving me the run around about someone coming out for several days. But yesterday they now claim it is out of its 60 day warranty period. This is false! The refrigerator stopped cooling several days before. So they are trying to claim my warranty ended on 10/08/22 and I contacted them on 10/09/22. Obviously, it was broke within the warranty date. Now they do not want to do ANYTHING.

    Thank you for contacting us. Mrs. ****** ***** bought a refrigerator on 9/8/2022, which was delivered at night at the request of the lady, since the driver gave her the option of making the delivery the next day, but she preferred it to be the same day. as you explain in your letter we were contacted on 9/10/2022 by Mrs. ***** and when we searched for her information in the system we let her know that her warranty period had expired but we still tried to help her by giving her instructions to follow with the refrigerator and she will let us know the next day if any of the tests were successful, the lady did not call us the next day, being contacted again on 10/13/2022 where she disrespected and insulted one of our technicians. Attached is the conversation with the lady where you can clearly read the date when she contacted us for the first time and a photo of her receipt where it shows that her warranty period had already expired.

    On October 8, 2022 I called and spoke with Emilio **** to purchase a refrigerator. It was delivered later that day to one of our rentals. The refrigerator was dented, scratched and rusted. Not to mention filthy! I immediately called and told them that the tenant was very unhappy with the quality and told them to come back and pick it up. They said they would but I would need to pay them another $50 to return it. I agreed however, they NEVER picked it up. I called several times as well as text them but they never responded. STUCK us with a beat up refrigerator. VERY poor communication. They don't care about customer service at all. They sell junk! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!
