My HOA recommended Aqua Bins for power washing of my walkway, landscaping stones, and driveway, and from my first conversation with Jason, one of the co-owners, I knew I was dealing with a reputable company. Jason looked up my address and was able to provide me with the cost of the work to be done. He arrived on time, was pleasant and courteous, and did an excellent job. There was one area in the driveway that was stained by dirt and mulch, and Jason told me if it didn't clear up in a couple of days, I was to call him, and he would return to address it. When I called to let him know the area was still stained, Jason quickly agreed to return and spray it again. He made an appointment, arrived on time, and took care of the stained area. He even included spraying and washing a couple of areas in the garage, as well as the area by the air conditioning unit! With most companies, as soon as they finish the job and get paid, you are considered "persona non grata." However, this is not the case with Aqua Bins, and I was pleasantly surprised that the customer service provided by Aqua Bins, doesn't end as soon as the job is completed. It was a pleasure dealing with Jason, and I wholeheartedly recommend Aqua Bins for their excellent work, great products they use, and for their outstanding customer service.

My experience with Aqua Bins has been great since 2 years ago. I don't have to worry about my garbage cans sanitation at all, every month the service is above and beyond, they respond quickly to any concerns, on time and the cleanliness is A+. I highly recommend this service because would help you not just to keeping your garbage cans clean but also with pest control and improve cleanliness around the house. Thank you guys for quite a good service.

I have been a customer of Aqua Bins for three years. They are reliable, professional, and reasonably priced for all the services they provide. During the years, they have cleaned my sidewalk, walkways, garbage bins and most recently, the entire outside exterior of my home which included the windows. They respect and treat your home and property like it was their own.

If you want good honest work done this is the Company to use. I have been using them for years for Homeowner Association work. From sidewalks to fences, they are reliable, friendly and honest and affordable. They return phone calls and quotes as quickly as possible. I have never been disappointed in their services. When I had an emergency, they helped out without an upcharge for the service. You can't get anyone better to deal with!!!

If I could give a zero rating I would. After paying for this service for a year, I was abruptly cancelled after being accused of "stealing" one of their employees that left the company to better himself with my company, not even in the same field. On 7-14-22 I was pulling into my driveway and saw AQUA BINS driving past my house I figured they had finished the cleaning; however, after I looked in the bins, they were not cleaned. When I called the company they said they had cancelled my service in May 2022 because I "stole" their employee. Well, I don't "own" my employees in my business, they choose to work for me. I would also never pay for service or deal with a company that would cancel a paying customer for petty and arbitrary accusations. Needless to the say, the employee in question, quit without notice last week from my company. In my business, it takes years to own a customers trust and seconds to lose them. I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYONE for their unprofessionalism and honestly, a service I can do myself.
