Worst plumber ever. They actually cut a support beam in my house and then argued with the inspector. Took 6 weeks to repair. Awful company!!

Paul, thank you for the review. Since your review is wildly inaccurate let me correct a couple of things. After we
re-plumbed your home we had an inspection setup for the next day. At this time the city inspector noticed that a support beam was cut. Please keep in mind that all the repipes completed by Shamrock Plumbing are inspected by the building departments in the areas or the work location. I was informed within 15 minutes of what had happened and I also was at your house within 90 minutes to meet the inspector at your property. When I saw what my crew had done I made arrangements there straight away with a building contractor to fix the problem as soon as possible. It is important to note that all the plumbing in the house was in full working order and no part of the house was unusable including in the bathroom where the beam was cut. The reason for the delay was not because of our company. The delay was due to the general contractor because of his outstanding workmanship and business practices he was backed up with work for 4-6 weeks. We didn't argue with the inspector about the beam. To try and speed up the overall process the contractor asked me to open the wall ONLY (not for any repair) but to see where the supporting beam started and ended so when he went to the property he could have all the supplies with him to do the work. The inspector didn't want us to open the wall even though the cutting of drywall is part of a repipe process. This was also something that took extra time. When you called me last week for compensation I had informed you I hadn't even looked in to it however I see you are living up to your response to me Your request was " give me half the money back for the price of the repipe OR I will post bad reviews all over the internet about your company" I don't respond well to threats or extortion.
And I will say to you now as I said on the phone,
Customers and clients are very smart people, they all know that it's how a problem is dealt with is a true representation of the company. Did we say forget you, your
on on your own?, No. Did we as Shamrock Plumbing put your issue on the back burner?, No. We were restricted by the timeline of another company to get the work done.
Finally, to sum up, when the beam was replaced the inspector came to your home a day two later, inspected and passed both the beam work and all the repipe work without any question.
