Signed up for a 1-year service with Massey at one year 3 months I get a call saying that they have been servicing my address when I was not home and that I owed them another $100 and they needed payment immediately. I did not sign up for a reoccurring bill nor did I ask for service to be continued they just decided I owed them money complete scam. Horrible peopleReview from Jim M

I am just adding on to the negative comments about this company. I havent really had a bad experience with them as a business and service . However, the customer ********************** is poor and the management is often clueless in its businessright hand often doesnt know what the left hand is doing.Ive tried reaching out to the ** I worked for to help me with me problem that I am havingwith no response back. I worked for this company for one month last year and still have not received my W-2. I have called the customer ********************** numbers and never have spoken to a live person.Ive been transferred over and nobody in that department ever picks up the phone. I have used Massey's termite protection service for several years. It is evident the staff at my service office is committed to the protection and satisfaction of their customers. I communicated a concern I had about an issue and they immediately took the necessary measures to ensure my concerns were addressed. The technicians are courteous, knowledgeable and thorough, and the Service Manager, ************* is very pro-active and a true professional. Destroyed my brand new lawn and blamed it on too much watering then too little watering then too much sun and everything in between...they are great on commercials but their technicians are ill informed and don't know how to treat the grass....they are the worse and I've gotten confirmation from others that they destroy lawns ..please go to the small vendors and avoid Massey at all cost... because of them I now have to replace a new lawn (6 months after installation of brand new grass)Terrible company!!!Massey Services, Inc. I have an irrigation agreement with Massey. My sprinkler system has had a leak since Oct and the issue has still not been resolved. I have water running from my lawn that is flowing down the street. I have made every attempt to get this repaired over the past few months. First, the technician reported it was not the sprinkler leaking. Second, the general manager's observation determined it was my neighbor's sprinkler leaking and I should notify them. Third, the technician came back out again and I was advised to turn my sprinkler off for 2 weeks and he would be back to follow up. Water continued to leak on my yard and along the street. Two weeks later he returned and reported it wasn't my sprinklers that were causing the water leakage. After that, the general manager came back out to observe and determined it was my sprinkler and not the neighbor's. I then called the *********** to determine where the leak was actually happening. The water ***** determined it was reclaimed water leaking and it was my irrigation system. The water ***** worker turned the water off from the street to stop the water from leaking on my yard and along the street. On that same day, I called Massey to report that it was reclaimed water and the water ***** turned the water off from the street to stop the water from leaking. Massey could not schedule an appointment until 9 days later. On day of appointment, Massey technician was a no call/no show. I called Massey that day to notify them and reschedule appointment, they were only able to reschedule an appointment 9 days out. During that phone call, I expressed my unhappiness with the service I have been receiving. Once again, on the last rescheduled appointment the technician was a no call/no show. I called Massey but there was no answer /no option to leave message for no call/no show. In the meantime, my sprinklers are still turned off and no attempt has been made to repair them. Not much different than those below. I emailed and called explaining that I wasn't getting my services. The rude lady said well sir, they were there. That's bs, I work from home m-f so t never saw them What's more, the service was also for the inside; when did they ask to come in!? Never! Then they are supposed to clean off the wasp nests on house. Funny how I had to pay someone to pressure wash the house the other day because of wasp nests.I don't plan on using this service again. They only take my money and provide no service. For me, it brings into question if they actually did the other services... Grade: FMassey Services, Inc. Response

New customer who hired ******************** for mo pest services and to diagnose an irrigation problem. The salesperson told me I likely had a caped pipe and that for a charge if $150.00 Massey could locate it and do the repair if minor. If a major repair, they would provide a quote. I agreed to the charge but they never completed the diagnosis but rather told me the same thing the salesperson already told me that it was a ***** pipe. In the day Massey had a good reputation so I had confidence in my decision to hire them but that has not been my experience. I would stay clear of this business as they make promises that they don't keep. Further, they are not truthful in their business dealings.Massey Services, Inc. Response

I have been using Massey pest control for several years. TK has been my service provider for the last 3 years. And with•out question been the best! She has always come out more than my quarterly service when I’ve had more than the normal amount of bugs in my house. She will call me back within an hour or return my texts within an hour or so. Florida is a bug haven. There are months when I feel like my house is hit harder than most…. It’s not, but it doesn’t feel like it. TK never makes me feel like I’m crazy. She comes in & sprays. I even give her little boxes to give to her boss of bugs that I want to know what they are!! She will either call me or email me the following day with an answer. I will stay with Massey because TK is the absolute best with her customers!! Thank you for your kindness TK! It’s definitely appreciated!! Brandi & Scott Widerman
