On 1/27/**** I went in good faith to this dealership! I test-drove a **** Kia ***** ** line. I requested to purchase this car. I went through the financing process and insurance before driving it off the lot.A week later I got a call from the Finance manager ************************* requesting that I return to the dealership because they made a mistake, the *** of the car in my possession was invalid. That I needed to return and exchange for the accurate ***. I asked if all that is changing is the ***? The car is the same, etc ************** replied yes.Upon arriving at the dealership that same day in the afternoon. I am presented with another total color and different car, NOT the **** Kia ***** ** line, but the **** Kia ***** LX which is off lesser value and features.I basically told the *** number on the paperwork belonged to the ***** LX not the ** line. How could this be? I test drove the ** line and went home with it as a done deal.I believe this was a deceiving sale from the start. This type of customers experience cannot continue. When I said I wanted to keep the ** line. I was told I had to put around $3k down. Which I did not have at the time. I would like to be compensated for their mistake NOT mine.Also I have opened a case with *************** ********
