I took my 2006 Yamaha R6 for accident repairs to Imagine Powersports on 12/31/2020.********* insurance authorized the repair and paid $2500 towards the repair. I dealt with John at Imagine Powersports and he confirmed that he would be able to do the repairs. Today is 7/30/2021 and I still don't have possession of my motorcycle. John no longer answers my phone calls and I can't get a hold of anyone. I was in constant contact with John and he told me that parts were difficult to find but that he was on top of it and that he would contact me when the work was done. I want to know where my motorcycle is and whether or not this business is still open. I just want some answers. I feel he is trying to avoid me now and I have been very patient. I have proof that I paid this business for the repair.
