The 1st Mortgage definitely know what they are doing, understand the subtle details, and are enjoyable to work with. ****** ***** is definitely a competent professional and most importantly, he thinks outside the box. He doesn't stop at any obstacle, he goes out of his way to get the answer to approve a loan. The team is competent, patient and dedicated to explaining or helping with anything. My family and I were able to purchase our first home! We are extremely satisfied with the service we received from 1st Florida lending team.we had no prior arrangements in place and **************** lender educated us and guided us throughout the whole process along with his loan coordinator(****) she always had answers for us! Our realtor ****** was also amazing!! She made us feel comfortable while guiding us through the process. she was very patient and always happy to help even in challenging times. The closing took a little over a month due to some complications on our end. Their dedication,commitment, and professionalism has left us with a long lasting positive impression. I can not say enough about how amazing 1st Florida lending is! Jose, Mari and Carlos are very professional, kind, knowledgeable and keep their word! Our lender Jose walked us through the entire process while also educating us about the home buying process and informed us about what to expect and how to research things like interest rstes nationally and how to properly read our disclosures and ask any questions we have. It definitely matters who you have as a lender because you need one that cares and is not just in it for the money! Jose did not waste our time and he got the deal done we set ourselves a six month goal Jose got it done in two! We are very pleased with our service and will be coming back for all future purchases! 1st Florida lending will go to bat for yiu can not same the same about other lenders!Review from V. R.
