      On 5-30-21 I placed an order online with AMA for a metal sign. My total was $42.00. The wait time was 2 weeks at that point. After my order was placed I received an email with my order number (******) and was told I would be getting emails as the order was processed (ie. as it moved to processing and when it was shipped). I have not had any other contact with the company. Their website said to contact them if I have not had any contact within 3 weeks. When I emailed the address given (orders@advancedmetalarts) it came back undeliverable. I have contacted the phone number ( 407-647-6351) every day for a week now. The phone automatically goes to a voicemail system and I have left multiple messages. I have not received a call back. I would like my order or my money back. This is feeling more and more like a scam.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/07/03) */ Hi. [email protected] is not a valid email nor is it posted anywhere on our site. This would be why we never received any emails from the customer. We will however be adding a catch all email for that address to forward to our customer service. Also we checked our ip phone and did not have any messages. But we understand things happen. The reason the order was delayed was because there was missing information on the order. We made multiple attempts as well to contact the customer with no luck. Once the customer was able to contact us and provide the missing information, we rushed the order through and shipped it the same day. The customer has recieved the item and we are confident they are happy with it. Thank you for bringing the [email protected] issue to our attention. We are continually looking to improve our service and processes. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/07/07) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The statements made by the business are false. Their incorrect email was posted on their website as well as the follow up email after purchase. They did not contact me for any "missing information". They did however push my order through the day of the BBB report after responding finally to my previous calls and emails. I have received my order so I have no further issues, however I do not respect a business that is not honest. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2021/07/08) */ I have just re checked our site and the confirmation email sent to the customers and the customer status screen and all emails point to [email protected] or [email protected]. I also did a ****** search for [email protected] and you can see that it is specifically missing in the search. This information is scraped by ****** web crawlers. While we regret that when you ordered the item, there was a technical issue and no information for color or name available, we are very open and honest with our business practices. And we will do whatever is necessary to correct a situation once we are aware of it. As you can see once we were able to get the information we rushed it in less than 24 hours and paid for express delivery. Not many companies would do that. i have attached screenshots of all the touch points that emails are listed including the confirmation email that was sent to the customer and the ****** search results.
