I contracted with the business to install a car stereo and dash cam system. In the process a technician damaged my dashboard. ************ has refused to pay for the damages to my ****** Rav 4.Business response

four years ago this customer came to our shop to install a radio on his ****** rav 4 we did told the customer that his dashboard that holds the radio might crack because of the vehicle age and we got the ok from the customer to precede with the job
The dash kit got cracked and we offered him new one that day he said dont worry about it he left happy

I am rejecting this response because: The business is being dishonest. They do not have any paperwork, showing that I agreed to damages that they caused. I am requesting a partial refund from the business.
