In October 2021 I took my 2010 Nissan Cube to have CVT Transmission replaced. Was quoted $2800, by John who advise me he was owner. When I went to drop off car, Ruben (who advised me he was in fact the owner quoted me $3100. We settled for $3023.00. Per John car was only gonna be 3 to 5 days. But it took over a Month. I was told that CVT transmission would take 100 miles to adjust (per other mechanics this is false). After 6 weeks I got my car back. i took car for a family drive and on highway it Jerked badly and my 68 yr old mom and 5 yr old daughter suffered some neck seatbelt bruises. next day I told John and he told me he didn't care about that and to bring car back. I brought it back that Monday morning ( towed in) and within an hour was told it was the Torque that was damaged so they would replace. Well it took John til December 11,2021 to tell me part was in. I got a Red Light violation on December 1,2021 ( car was in their shop though) HHmm but part wasn't in til 12/11/2021. So i told John and Ruben and they denied giving me drivers info and for my time provide me $500.00 for inconvenience. It seems they were protecting the driver who ran red light!!! I got car back and car still has same issue and it seems they never fixed anything. My wife has a 2020 Telluride and by me using it, it decreases value. I feel Gear Pro never change my CVT and took my money and won't ever fix issue. I need my money back so I can take to another mechanic to fix.
